Warranty ▾
Warranty basics
Manufacturer warrants products to be free of defects in material and workmanship when used according to installation and operating instructions. Proof of original purchase and or serial number may be required.
Warranty length
Carriers are covered by a 3-year transferable limited warranty from the date of original purchase. Transport covers are covered for 1 year. Electrical components (including motor and actuator) are covered for 1 year. Custom orders have a 90-day warranty. Retractable ratchet straps carry a 1-year limited warranty through the manufacturer.
Remedies and costs
This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, misuse, accident, improper installation, unauthorized attachments, or modifications. Protective finish coating is not guaranteed against normal wear and tear. Manufacturer and or selling agents are not responsible for damage to or loss of items being carried (including items falling from carriers) or damage those items may cause on or off the carrier. Shipping charges for parts under warranty must be prepaid by the customer.
Returns ▾
Return window and authorization
All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase unless due to defect. Written authorization must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise for any reason, and all transportation costs must be prepaid.
Fees and exclusions
No returns on custom orders. Authorized returns for credit only are subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus any cost incurred to restore the merchandise to a resalable condition. Freight charges cannot be credited.

Orders ship using the most economical carrier available. Electric lifts are installed on a pallet and delivered by semi truck. Shipping rates are subject to change.

What’s not included
Freight charges cannot be credited. Return transportation costs must be prepaid by the customer. Shipping charges for warranty parts must be prepaid by the customer.
