Our hyperbaric chambers come with a 2-year limited warranty on the main chamber and accessories. The air compressor, oxygen concentrator, dehumidifier, cooler, and mattress are covered under a 1-year limited warranty, provided directly by the manufacturer.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Issues caused by improper installation, incorrect power supply, or exposure to high humidity or extreme temperatures.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., zippers, fading, surface discoloration).
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It will be void if the chamber is altered, used with non-original parts, or operated outside of its intended purpose.
Warranty Process
If you experience any issues during the warranty period:

The manufacturer (or our team) will assist in diagnosing the problem and sending any eligible replacement parts at no cost (shipping costs not included).

You may also receive repair instructions via email, phone, or video.

If you purchased White Glove Service, our U.S.-based installation team will serve as your first point of contact—you won’t need to contact the manufacturer directly.
If further assistance is required:

A technician can visit your location (U.S. only) to perform the repair for an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the job and travel requirements.

You may pay the technician directly, or request an invoice from Morelli Medical for the service.
We also offer remote support via phone or FaceTime with our U.S.-based service team, available for an additional fee. You may:

Use your own handyman or technician with our guidance, or
-
Work directly with our service team for a complete walkthrough.

Maintenance Expectations
By purchasing a chamber, you acknowledge that routine maintenance and occasional repairs may be needed. Chambers used in commercial or clinical environments for extended hours per day will require more frequent maintenance than chambers used at home for 1 hour or less daily.
Return Policy
All hyperbaric chamber purchases are final sale and not eligible for return, as outlined in our Return Policy.
Force Majeure
When you purchase a hyperbaric chamber from Morelli Medical, we are not liable for any delays, increased costs, or inability to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:

Acts of God

Natural disasters

War or terrorism

Labor strikes or embargoes

Pandemics or public health emergencies

Power or internet outages
-
Supply chain disruptions

Customs delays or cross-border shipping issues

Changes in tariffs or import/export laws

Governmental actions or restrictions
In such events, we reserve the right to adjust delivery timelines, modify obligations, or cancel part or all of the agreement without penalty. If the disruption lasts more than 60 days, either party may cancel the agreement with written notice. Any prepayments for undelivered products or services will be refunded where applicable and commercially reasonable.
