Warranty basics
LightSpeed Lift provides a limited warranty covering defects in material or workmanship that occur during everyday use under normal conditions. Within the warranty period LightSpeed Lift will repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, or exchange it for a new or refurbished product. The warranty applies to goods purchased from LightSpeed Lift, LLC or an authorised dealer — Morelli Medical is an authorised dealer.
Warranty length
Coverage varies by component:
- Steel frame: 5 years from the date of purchase
- Soft goods — Magic Shorts, Lift Straps, Super Lift Straps, Universal and Super Lift Belts, Thigh Wraps: 1 year
What is not covered
The limited warranty does not cover problems caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
- negligence, improper maintenance or modification
- damage or destruction by natural causes, including lightning, flood or other natural disaster
- theft or loss of the product

Returns ▾
Return policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back. Once your return is approved we will issue a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can put it right — photographs of the packaging and the contents help considerably.
What cannot be returned
Custom, special-order and personalised items cannot be returned, and sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you are unsure whether your order falls into one of these categories, ask us before you buy.
Refunds and exchanges
We will let you know once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method — allow up to 10 business days, plus whatever time your bank or card issuer needs to post it. For an exchange, the quickest route is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

LightSpeed Lift systems ship via UPS to residential and commercial addresses throughout the continental United States. Accessories ordered on their own ship separately via USPS. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or a US territory, contact us before ordering.
Shipping costs
Shipping is listed as a required add-on in the product options, so you will see the exact shipping cost for your model before adding it to your cart. Because shipping is already covered by that add-on, no further shipping charge is added at checkout.
Lead times
Orders ship within two days of receiving payment or a purchase order. Transit time depends on your distance from the warehouse, so if you need your lift by a particular date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether it can arrive in time.
What to expect on delivery
Each system ships in more than one box, and the boxes may arrive separately:
- LS-300: 2 boxes, about 108 lb and 5–7 lb
- LSP-400: 2 boxes, about 106 lb and 45–50 lb
- LSX-500: 3 boxes, about 98 lb, 90 lb and 50 lb
The largest box weighs close to 110 lb, so plan for two people to move it.
Filing a claim
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible so we can start the claim before the carrier's window closes. Inspect the packaging before the driver leaves where you can, and photograph any damage to the outer packaging as well as the contents. Will LightSpeed Lift work with my treadmill? ▾
Almost certainly. Two measurements decide it: your treadmill needs to be less than 40 inches wide and have at least 1.9 inches of clearance from the floor so the frame's base can pass underneath.
The frame stands over the treadmill and does not attach to it, which is why it works with nearly any make and model. If your treadmill is oversized, a modified frame can often be arranged — call us on (866) 338-2838 with your model number and we will check before you order.

Offload is set with height-adjustable mounting points on the uprights and changes in seconds, so a single session can move between loaded and unloaded work. As strength or coordination improves, you lower the mounting points to reduce the support. No recalibration, no software.

Yes. Custom paint finishes are available on all three systems in your organisation or team colours. It is worth considering if the system is going into a space where branding matters — a training room, a clinic reception, a performance centre.
