For most products, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, excluding Macy-Pan, OxyRevo, ShowerBuddy, Journey *selected products*, OMI and EZ Carrier, which are final sale.
The customer is responsible for all return costs, including a 25% restocking fee, return shipping, and any applicable additional charges.

Warranty, Shipping, and Returns
Warranty ▾
Warranty does not cover improper setup, misuse, normal wear and tear, harsh environments, accidents, neglect, upholstery tears, chemical damage, or failure to follow the user manual. Products are otherwise provided “as is” as outlined in Earthlite’s terms and conditions.
• Lift motor & controls: 2 years
• Foam & upholstery: 3 years
• Replacement parts: 90 days or up to 2 years from original purchase date (whichever is later)
Portable items and accessories may require return shipment at the purchaser’s expense. Earthlite covers return shipping within the contiguous U.S. only. International and non-contiguous U.S. customers are responsible for all inbound/outbound freight, duties, and taxes. If no defect is found, return shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser.
Returns ▾
• Portable tables, chairs, and accessories: Return within 30 days for a full refund (excluding original shipping).
• Stationary and lift tables: Return within 30 days (excluding shipping/handling) less a 20% restocking fee.
• Customized or upgraded products: Non-refundable.
• Items must be new and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are processed under the standard return policy. Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.
If pricing errors occur and an order is canceled, the full charged amount will be refunded.
Shipping ▾
• FREE ground shipping on Portable/Accessory orders over $99 (retail customers, contiguous U.S., excludes trolleys).
• $429 curbside shipping per stationary table.
• Transit times: 1–7 business days depending on region.
• Orders placed after 4:00 P.M. PST, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
• Lead times for stationary/lift tables are shown on product pages; custom options require additional time.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
Curbside delivery includes delivery to the end of your driveway only. Inside or White Glove delivery (additional charge) includes unloading, unpackaging, placement, and debris removal (does not include setup or equipment testing).
