Warranty, Shipping, and Returns

Warranty ▾
Warranty basics
Earthlite electric lift tables and stationary tables carry a lifetime limited warranty on the frame against defects in materials and workmanship. The lift motor and controls are covered for 2 years from the original purchase date. Foam and upholstery are covered for 3 years. Replacement parts are covered for 90 days or 2 years from the original table purchase date, whichever is later.

Warranty does not cover improper setup, misuse, normal wear and tear, harsh environments, accidents, neglect, upholstery tears, chemical damage, or failure to follow the user manual. Products are otherwise provided “as is” as outlined in Earthlite’s terms and conditions.
Warranty length
• Frame: Lifetime limited warranty

• Foam & upholstery: 3 years
• Replacement parts: 90 days or up to 2 years from original purchase date (whichever is later)
Remedies and costs
Warranty service requires proof of purchase and a pre-authorized Return Material Authorization (RMA). Earthlite will repair or replace defective components at its discretion.

Portable items and accessories may require return shipment at the purchaser’s expense. Earthlite covers return shipping within the contiguous U.S. only. International and non-contiguous U.S. customers are responsible for all inbound/outbound freight, duties, and taxes. If no defect is found, return shipping costs will be charged to the purchaser.
Returns ▾
Return Policy
Returns must be pre-authorized with proof of purchase and an RMA number. Please submit the Returns Form and email it to supportsupport@morellimedical.com.

• Portable tables, chairs, and accessories: Return within 30 days for a full refund (excluding original shipping).
• Stationary and lift tables: Return within 30 days (excluding shipping/handling) less a 20% restocking fee.
• Customized or upgraded products: Non-refundable.
• Items must be new and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are processed under the standard return policy. Custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If pricing errors occur and an order is canceled, the full charged amount will be refunded.

Orders within the continental U.S. ship via ground unless expedited shipping is selected at checkout (additional fee applies).

• FREE ground shipping on Portable/Accessory orders over $99 (retail customers, contiguous U.S., excludes trolleys).
• $429 curbside shipping per stationary table.
• Transit times: 1–7 business days depending on region.
• Orders placed after 4:00 P.M. PST, weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.
• Lead times for stationary/lift tables are shown on product pages; custom options require additional time.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
Filing a claim
Inspect your shipment upon delivery. For shipping changes after dispatch, call (866) 338-2838 (additional fees may apply).

Curbside delivery includes delivery to the end of your driveway only. Inside or White Glove delivery (additional charge) includes unloading, unpackaging, placement, and debris removal (does not include setup or equipment testing).

How soon can I get my massage table? ▾
Stock portable massage tables and supplies are typically shipped within the timeframe displayed on each product page. Please note that stationary/lift tables and other non-stock items have varying lead times depending on production schedules and seasonality. You can find the estimated ship date directly on each product page.
How will my massage table be shipped? ▾
All portable massage tables and massage supplies are shipped via Federal Express. Stationary and electric lift massage tables are shipped by trucking companies. All items ship from our production facility in Southern California. Actual delivery times vary depending on destination and the shipping service selected.
How much weight will Earthlite massage tables support? ▾
All of our massage tables are designed and manufactured with therapist and client safety in mind and are rigorously tested for strength and durability. Our portable and stationary tables are engineered to easily support over 2,500 pounds. Please refer to each model’s product page for specific weight capacity details.
