A flat hot/cold pad for larger areas

The REVAMP FLATPAD is a flexible, reusable soft-gel pad measuring 20.5 × 11.5 inches, sized for the back, quads, shoulders and knees. Microwave it for heat or freeze it for cold, and use it wherever a sleeve would be too small.

Where the REVAMP sleeves slide over an arm or leg, the FLATPAD lies flat against larger areas, so it suits the lower back after lifting or the quads after a long run. It wipes clean and is ready to use again session after session.

The FLATPAD covers a much larger area than a sleeve. Lay it across the lower back, quads, shoulders or knees, and the flexible soft gel settles against the body instead of sitting stiff like a frozen ice pack.

02 · Hot or Cold

Microwave for heat, freeze for cold

For heat, take the pad out of its packaging and microwave it on high in 45-second intervals until it reaches the temperature you want. For cold, keep it in its packaging and freeze it for at least two hours. The non-toxic REVAMP gel holds its temperature for up to 15 minutes.

03 · Reusable

Ready for the next session

The FLATPAD is reusable, so there is no ice to buy and nothing melting into a towel. Wipe it clean after use, store it in its packaging, and it is ready for the next session.

04 · Care

Keep it in good shape

Store the pad in its packaging to help it last. To clean it, use a disinfectant wipe or a cloth lightly dampened with a mild household disinfectant, then let it air dry.

Do not soak the pad or get it wet. If it does get wet, let it air dry in an open, dry place.

05 · Safety

Use it safely

Never microwave the packaging.
Heat on high for no more than 45 seconds at a time.
Remove the pad right away if pain or discomfort gets worse during use.
Talk to your doctor about chronic or significant injuries, or if discomfort continues after several uses.

Warranty ▾

Warranty basics

Rapid Reboot warrants its products against manufacturing defects, malfunctions and premature product failure, starting from the date of purchase. If a covered fault occurs, Rapid Reboot will repair or replace the affected component — or replace the whole product if a repair is not possible. Covered repairs and replacements are free of charge, including parts, the work involved and shipping. The warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty length

Coverage varies by component:

REGEN, GENESIS and CLASSIC control units: 2 years from the date of purchase
Boot, Hip and Arm attachments: 1 year
RECHARGE battery pack: 1 year

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover problems caused by:

normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage
use that goes against the usage guidelines and warnings in the owner's manual
accident, negligence, abuse, mishandling or intentional tampering
damage during transit — see Shipping below for how to report it
repairs attempted by anyone other than an authorised Rapid Reboot service representative
loss or theft of the product

Some products carry no warranty: used, demo, floor-model and refurbished units (including those bought at events), REVAMP hot/cold sleeves, duffel bags, backpacks and travel cases, zero-gravity chairs, unit caddies and apparel.

After the warranty ends

Out-of-warranty products may still be eligible for paid servicing for the life of the product. The cost depends on the fault, the components and the work involved. Products that cannot be serviced do not qualify for a free replacement. Contact us and we will find out what is possible.

Making a claim

Contact us first and we will walk you through it. Proof of purchase and the product's serial number are required for all warranty claims, so keep your order confirmation — and have photos or video of the fault ready, as it speeds the process considerably. Returns ▾

Return policy

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with any tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Contact us before sending anything back. Once your return is approved we will issue a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can put it right — photographs of the packaging and the contents help considerably.

Getting the size right

Boot attachments come in four sizes, based on your height:

Short: 5'3" and under
Medium: 5'4" to 5'10"
Long: 5'10" to 6'3"
X-Long: 6'4" and above

If you are at the top of a range or between two sizes, size up. Not sure which fits? Ask us before you buy — it is quicker than an exchange.

What cannot be returned

Custom, special-order and personalised items cannot be returned, and sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you are unsure whether your order falls into one of these categories, ask us before you buy.

Refunds and exchanges

We will let you know once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method — allow up to 10 business days, plus whatever time your bank or card issuer needs to post it. For an exchange, the quickest route is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Rapid Reboot systems ship via UPS Ground to addresses within the United States. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, contact us before ordering so we can confirm timing and cost.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing further is added after purchase. If you need your order sooner, contact us before ordering and we will check whether expedited shipping is available.

Lead times

Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days, and UPS Ground delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after that. If you need your system by a particular date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether it can arrive in time.

Backorders

Some attachment sizes are occasionally on backorder. If anything in your order is, we will email you with an updated timeline and ship it as soon as it arrives. Contact us at any time for the latest status.

Filing a claim

Damage that happens in transit is not covered by Rapid Reboot's product warranty, so it has to be reported as a shipping claim. Contact us as soon as possible so we can start the claim before the carrier's window closes. Inspect the packaging before the driver leaves where you can, and photograph any damage to the outer packaging as well as the contents.
