Warranty, Shipping and Returns

Warranty ▾
Warranty basics
Primal Plunges provides a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the original date of purchase. The warranty covers residential use only, unless a product is specifically designated by Primal Plunges for commercial use. Using a residential plunge in a commercial setting voids the warranty.
What is covered
Every component is covered for 1 year from the original date of purchase:
  • Plunge tub: the shell (water loss, blisters, cracks or delamination of the interior surface), plumbing leaks, and factory-installed components such as the frame, jets, valves and lighting
  • Chiller: the housing, the pump, chiller components, heater, sensors and control system, plumbing, the factory-installed water purification system, and other factory-installed components
  • Touchscreen: the display and touch panel, when installed and used within its indoor or outdoor rating
Keeping your warranty valid
The following void the warranty, so please follow the user manual closely:
  • installing parts or accessories that are not genuine Primal Plunges parts, including filters, hoses and fittings, or connecting a chiller Primal Plunges has not approved
  • opening the chiller casing or trying to access internal components
  • not changing filters at least every 30 days (residential) or every week (commercial)
  • not maintaining proper water chemistry, leaving stagnant water in the plunge, or skipping routine maintenance
  • leaving the plunge or chiller in freezing temperatures (32°F / 0°C) without following the winterization steps, or not draining the plunge during a power loss of more than one hour
  • adding ice to the tub while the chiller is connected and running
  • using an indoor-rated touchscreen outdoors or in high humidity or heat, or getting it wetter than wet fingers on the glass
  • installing any touchscreen in direct sunlight, spraying water at it, or damaging it through impact or forceful use
What is not covered
The limited warranty does not cover:
  • freight damage caused by the delivery carrier — see Shipping below for how to report it
  • normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect performance or safety
  • damage from neglect, misuse, abrasive or improper cleaners, or repairs by anyone other than an authorized Primal Plunges representative
  • damage from external causes or acts of nature
  • routine adjustments and preventive maintenance
  • touchscreen damage from heat, UV or sun exposure, or from water outside the screen’s rating
  • plunges located outside the United States, unless shipped to a U.S. service facility at the owner’s expense
How repairs work
Primal Plunges will repair or replace any defective product or component that has been installed, used and maintained normally, at its discretion. Replacement parts may not be identical to the originals and may be refurbished. If a repair or replacement is not feasible, Primal Plunges may refund the purchase price in exchange for the product. Within the continental United States there is no charge for parts, labor or shipping on covered repairs; you are responsible for providing access to the plunge. Outside the continental United States, the owner covers transportation and packaging to and from a U.S. service facility.
Making a claim
Contact us first and we will walk you through it. Claims must be made within the warranty period, and proof of purchase is required. Have your order number, the purchaser’s name, the date of purchase and a description of the issue ready, along with photos or video of the fault, as it speeds the process considerably. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838.
Returns ▾
Return policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Restocking fee and return shipping
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items once they have shipped and been received, to cover inspection, reconditioning and repackaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer: we provide the return label and choose the carrier, and the cost of the label is deducted from your refund.
Keep your packaging
Plunges must be returned in their original shipping packaging and protective foam. Damage caused by inadequate packaging during a return is the customer’s responsibility, so we recommend keeping all packaging until your 30-day return window has passed.
How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back. Once your return is approved we will send a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can put it right — photographs of the packaging and the contents help considerably.
What cannot be returned
Water treatment chemicals and personal products such as towels and clothing cannot be returned. Custom and special-order items are also non-returnable. If you are unsure whether your order falls into one of these categories, ask us before you buy.
Refunds
We will let you know once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund, less the restocking fee and return shipping, goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days, plus whatever time your bank or card issuer needs to post it.
Shipping ▾
Shipping overview
Primal Plunges ship to addresses in the mainland United States. Most plunges travel by LTL freight truck rather than UPS or FedEx, and the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. For delivery to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or a U.S. territory, contact us before ordering.
Shipping costs
Curbside delivery is free to most addresses in the mainland United States. A small number of remote or hard-to-access addresses can incur additional delivery charges; if yours is one of them, we will contact you with the details and options before your order ships.
Lead times
In-stock plunges usually ship within one business day. Transit time depends on your location and freight availability, so if you need your plunge by a particular date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether it can arrive in time.
What to expect on delivery
Standard delivery is curbside: your plunge arrives on a wooden pallet at your driveway or curb. Acrylic plunges arrive on an 8-foot pallet. Curbside delivery does not include moving the plunge inside, unboxing, setup or removing the packaging, so plan for helpers and a clear path to its final location.
White glove delivery
White glove in-home delivery may be available as a paid upgrade — ask us before ordering. The delivery team carries the plunge into the room of your choice on the entry floor, unboxes it, and removes the packaging and pallet. Setup is not included, though most customers finish it in about 20–30 minutes using the setup videos in the PrimalOS app. White glove scheduling can add a few days to delivery.
Before your plunge arrives
Have your space ready so you can set up straight away:
  • a dedicated 120V, 15A outlet at least 5 feet from the water, installed to local electrical code
  • a level, sturdy surface; decks must be rated to hold at least 1,000 lb, the weight of a filled plunge
  • water-resistant flooring beneath the plunge if it is going indoors
Delays
Severe weather and seasonal freight demand can delay delivery. In some areas your shipment may also be transferred to a smaller truck for the final leg. We will keep you updated if your delivery date changes.
Missed deliveries and address errors
Someone must be present at the scheduled delivery time. If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier’s rescheduling fees are the customer’s responsibility. If a shipment is refused or returned because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for all return and reshipping costs, even on orders that qualified for free delivery.
Filing a claim
Freight damage is not covered by the Primal Plunges warranty, so it must be reported as a shipping claim. Inspect the pallet and packaging before the driver leaves, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and photograph the outer packaging as well as the contents. Then contact us as soon as possible so we can start the claim before the carrier’s window closes. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838. Please include your full name, order number and photos.

Primal Plunges

Primal Plunges Tundra Package

Ab $3,395.00 $4,500.00
Primal Plunges Tundra Package

A full-size cold plunge that packs into a bag

The Tundra pairs a rigid, drop-stitch inflatable tub with the same Pro or Elite chiller Primal Plunges uses on its acrylic plunges. It holds 150 gallons, cools to 34°F and heats to 104°F, and runs from the PrimalOS app on your phone.

An angled backrest and extra length fit a person up to 6'6". The tub weighs 35 lb empty, inflates rigid in about five minutes, and is rated for indoor and outdoor use, so it works on a patio, in a garage or in a home gym. Insulated, UV-resistant walls and a lid help hold the water temperature.

Choose your chiller

  • Pro (0.5 HP): best for standard home use
  • Elite (1.0 HP): for hotter climates, faster cooling or heavier use

Not sure which suits your space and climate? Ask us before you order.

Upgrade-ready. The Tundra uses the same chiller as Primal's acrylic plunges, so you can bring it with you if you move up to an acrylic model later.

Features

Tundra inflatable tub with rigid drop-stitch walls and angled backrest
01 · Tub

Rigid drop-stitch walls, angled backrest

Drop-stitch construction inflates the walls rigid, so the tub holds its shape instead of sagging like a pool float. An angled side supports your back, and the extra depth, width and length fit a person up to 6'6". Insulated, UV-resistant walls and a lid help keep the water cold between sessions.

02 · Setup

Set up in about 15 minutes

The included pump inflates the tub rigid in about five minutes. Lay down the protective ground mat, connect the chiller with the stainless valves and insulated hoses, and fill. The PrimalOS app walks you through setup with a video for your model. Empty, the tub weighs 35 lb and packs into its carrying bag.

03 · Chiller

The same chiller as Primal's acrylic plunges

The Pro or Elite chiller cools to 34°F and heats to 104°F. A double-walled titanium heat exchanger resists corrosion and clogging, a stainless steel base and hardware guard against rust, and sensors adjust cooling to the weather with dry-run and freeze protection. An auto-resetting GFCI restarts the chiller after a power outage.

04 · Water & Control

Clean water, controlled from your phone

Water passes through an inline metal mesh filter and a 20-micron cartridge in a tool-free, top-mount housing, so a filter change takes about 30 seconds; change it at least every 30 days. A variable-rate ozone generator adds sanitation as the water circulates. In the PrimalOS app you can set the temperature, schedule filtration and cooling, get maintenance reminders and follow guided sessions.

05 · Placement & Power

Plan your space

  • A dedicated 120V, 15A outlet at least 5 feet from the water, installed to local electrical code
  • A level, sturdy surface rated for about 1,286 lb filled, plus the person using it; have a contractor check any deck
  • About 35 × 83 inches of floor space for the plunge and chiller
  • Water-resistant flooring if it goes indoors
  • Residential use only; commercial use voids the warranty
06 · Safety

Plunge safely

  • Cold water can cause hypothermia and cold shock. Have someone present until you know how your body reacts.
  • Talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant, have heart, blood pressure, circulation or diabetes concerns, or take medication that affects heart rate or circulation.
  • Never plunge after alcohol or drugs.
  • Keep children and pets away, and secure the lid when not in use.
  • Test the GFCI before each use.

Where the Tundra fits

Backyards and patios

Rated for outdoor use, with insulated, UV-resistant walls and a lid to hold the temperature.

Garages and home gyms

Set it up next to your training space. Choose the Elite chiller for hot garages.

Indoors

Any flat spot with water-resistant flooring and a dedicated outlet nearby.

Renters and smaller homes

No installation or permanent fixtures. Drain, deflate and pack it into its bag when you move.

Seasonal setups

Drain, follow the winterization steps and pack it away for the off-season.

Upgrading later

Start with the Tundra and bring the chiller with you if you move up to an acrylic Primal plunge.

The Primal Plunges Tundra is a residential wellness product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Cold water immersion carries real risks, including hypothermia and cold shock; read the safety precautions and talk to your doctor before use if you have any health concerns. Individual results vary.
