General Warranty Coverage
- Coverage is provided only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Registration of the product within 30 days of purchase is required for the warranty to be valid.
- Proof of purchase (store receipt) is mandatory for claims.
Products and Warranty Duration
- Echo Ultimate, Echo H2, Echo Server, and Whole Home Filter: 10-year warranty.
- Echo GO, Echo GO+, Echo Pitcher, Echo Clean, and Echo RO: 5-year warranty.
- Digital Faucets: 5-year warranty.
Coverage Details
- Defects in internal or external components caused by manufacturing flaws.
- Coverage for physical flaws such as cracks or delamination that affect performance.
- Accessories, plumbing fixtures, filters, and parts requiring periodic replacement are not included.
Warranty Remedies
- Within the warranty period, defective products may be repaired, replaced with new/refurbished units, or credited toward new purchases.
- A prorated credit schedule applies, decreasing yearly after the initial full-coverage period:
- Echo Ultimate: 100% for the first 2 years, decreasing gradually to 25% by year 10.
- Echo GO, GO+, Pitcher, RO, and Clean: 100% for the first year, then 75%, reducing to 25% by year 5.
Additional Conditions
- The device must be used indoors, following specified water quality and pressure standards.
- Use with a surge protector is mandatory; damage from power surges is not covered.
- Improper handling, maintenance neglect, or exposure to extreme conditions voids the warranty.
Repair Costs (if applicable)
- Repair services are charged at $125/hour plus parts and shipping, with discounts based on warranty coverage during the repair period.
The warranty disclaims liability beyond the purchase price and excludes implied warranties like merchantability or fitness for specific purposes. For claims, users must contact Echo Technologies directly, avoiding third-party retailers.
