Most standing frames stop around six feet. The Evolv XT is EasyStand's answer for the users left out: 6′0″ to 6′10″ tall and up to 350 lb, with a 20″–25″ seat depth and 17″–23″ seat-to-footplate range. It is the standard Evolv platform — same pivot-point geometry, same options catalogue — with the Extra Tall configuration included on every XT. Standing takes three steps — adjust, transfer, pump up — via the standard hydraulic actuator or the optional Pow'r Up electric lift, and at 112 lb on a 29.5″ × 37.5″ footprint it moves and stores like the rest of the range, not like a bariatric appliance.

An itemised build lets the therapist specify every component. A support package bundles a tested combination at a single price, with no substitutions. Packages are simpler to fund and quicker to order, but if the assessment calls for anything outside the bundle, itemise — the saving is never large enough to justify compromising the fit. The Evolv geometry places the frame's pivot points in line with the body's own, so hip, lateral and head supports stay where the therapist set them from sitting to standing — and a taller user travels further between the two, so that discipline is worth more here than on any other size. The contoured seat delivers a maximum over-center stretch, and hip and knee contractures are accommodated through the multi-adjustable footplates — plantar, dorsi and toe-out each adjustable — and the independent knee pad option.

The XT's standard manual hydraulic actuator is rated for the full 350 lb capacity, with enough mechanical advantage that many users pump themselves upright; handle options (adjustable/removable, quad grip, T-style) adapt it to limited grip or reach. The Pow'r Up electric lift replaces the pump with a light-touch button — at this weight class it is the upgrade to consider first, protecting the caregiver's back as much as it grants the user independence.

The Evolv is sit-to-stand only — it does not recline to supine. If supine positioning is part of the programme for a user this size, call us before ordering and we will talk through what fits.
A front frame and a matching tray are required selections — the base unit alone is not a complete stander. On the XT the frame families are column, shadow tray or mobile (frame and tray must match), the shadow tray requires a back, and unlike the Medium and Large, the XT does not offer the swing-away front.
Configuration must come from the treating therapist. A stander without the correct support components can be unsafe to use. Send us the recommendation and we will build to it.
Weight limit is 350 lb, height range approximately 6′0″ to 6′10″. Seat depth 20″–25″ and seat-to-footplate 17″–23″ are the more accurate sizing measurements — under six feet or near a limit, ask us about the Evolv Large instead.

Warranty ▾
Warranty basics
Altimate Medical, the US manufacturer of EasyStand and Zing standers based in Morton, Minnesota, warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. The same limited warranty applies to both the EasyStand and Zing ranges. It is extended to the original purchaser only. Morelli Medical is an authorised Altimate Medical supplier — so warranty service runs through us.

The warranty period starts on the date the product ships from Altimate Medical, not the date it is delivered.
How warranty repairs work
Any product Altimate Medical confirms is defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced, at Altimate Medical's option. Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under the warranty. Labour for installing replacement parts is not included. Freight to send a product back to the factory is paid by the purchaser, and Altimate Medical prepays the return freight to you. Never send a product to the factory without prior authorisation — contact us first.
What is not covered
The warranty does not apply where:
the serial number has been removed or defaced
the product has been subject to negligence, abuse, misuse, or improper operation, maintenance or storage
damage is beyond Altimate Medical's control
the product has been modified without Altimate Medical's written consent, including through unauthorised parts or attachments
problems arise from normal wear or from not following the instructions
Adding parts not made by Altimate Medical, or parts that do not meet original equipment specifications, voids the warranty. Altimate Medical decides whether a claim is covered, and is not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
Making a claim
Contact us first and we will walk you through it. Have your order number, the serial number from the identification label on the stander, and photos or video of the fault ready — it speeds the process considerably. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838.
Returns ▾
Return policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be in new or like-new condition, in its original packaging, with the serial number label intact and legible. Keep the box and packaging until you are sure the stander is right for you.
How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back. Every return needs a Return Authorisation number from Altimate Medical, and we arrange this for you. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions for shipping it to Altimate Medical in Morton, Minnesota. Items sent back without an approved return authorisation cannot be accepted. Inspection and refunds
Altimate Medical inspects every returned product and determines whether it is in new or like-new condition. If a product arrives back damaged, the deduction can exceed the 20% restocking fee. Special-order parts and accessories that are not stock items cannot be refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can put it right. Where the error is on our side or the manufacturer's, the return is collected at no cost and refunded in full, including shipping. Photographs of the packaging and the contents help considerably.
Before you order
A stander has to fit the person using it. Model, size, the user's height and weight, and the support package all matter, and getting one wrong is the most common reason for a return. Altimate Medical advises that standing equipment be used under the guidance of a physician, with the standing programme monitored by the attending therapist. Shipping overview
EasyStand and Zing standers ship directly from Altimate Medical in Morton, Minnesota. Each stander ships with its owner's manual, which includes instructions for assembly, adjustment and operation.
Lead times
Standers typically ship in 7–10 business days, but lead times can extend to around 3 weeks depending on the model and configuration. Replacement parts usually ship within 24–48 hours. If you need your stander by a particular date, call us before ordering and we will confirm the current lead time for your specific order.
Filing a claim
Carriers accept liability for loss or damage once they collect the shipment, so claims have to be filed with the carrier. Inspect the shipment before the driver leaves, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and ask the driver to sign to acknowledge it. If damage is not obvious until you unpack, contact us straight away — hidden damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
