Shipping Time
Order Processing: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 business days after your order is placed, not including weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your package is on its way.
Shipping Options: At checkout, you will be presented with various shipping options. The available shipping methods and associated costs will be calculated based on your order's specifics and your shipping destination. Please select the option that best suits your needs.
White Glove Delivery Service (Option): For an enhanced delivery experience, consider selecting our White Glove Delivery option. This premium service includes the delivery, unpacking, and setup of your order, as well as the removal of all packing materials.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns: We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging materials to be eligible for a return.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. The total order amount minus any shipping costs and applicable restocking fees will be refunded to your original method of payment.
