- For mobility products (like the Zinger, Zoomer, and others listed), additional specifics apply. For example, frames, mechanical, and electrical parts have the same 12-month coverage, while the battery, tires, and certain fabrics are covered for 6 months.
- The UPbed and lift chair lines have extended warranties on certain parts, including lifetime coverage on critical mechanisms.
What's Not Covered:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Normal wear and tear, or deterioration from external conditions like extreme weather.
- Modifications or repairs not authorized by Journey Health & Lifestyle®.
- Labor charges for installing replacement components for mobility products.
Important Notes:
- Warranty service requires contacting us for approval before sending products back.
- The warranty is valid only in North America and for the original purchaser from Journey Health & Lifestyle® (USA).
- This warranty replaces all others, with no liability for consequential or incidental damages.
