5-year limited warranty
HealthyLine guarantees that all new products purchased directly from our website or authorized retailers are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used properly. The 5-Year Limited Warranty applies to purchases made worldwide through authorized channels.
If a defect is found within five years and is not due to misuse or negligence, you are eligible for a replacement. Proof of purchase is required, and replacements may be an open-box or refurbished model depending on availability.
- All new HealthyLine products come with a 5-Year Limited Warranty when purchased from our website or authorized retailers.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, starting from the original delivery date.
- To file a claim, just contact our support team with your order info and proof of purchase. We may ask for photos or videos to help speed things up.
- If your product is defective, we’ll replace it (up to two times within the 5-year period). Replacements may be open-box or refurbished depending on availability.
- Customers cover return shipping costs (including international, Hawaii, and Alaska orders). An RGA number is required before sending items back.
- The warranty does not cover intentional damage, misuse, or alterations.
Return and Replacement Policy
Exclusions
The 5-Year Limited Warranty starts the day your product is delivered and covers defects not caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. If a defect occurs within 5 years, you may receive a replacement (new, refurbished, or open-box), with coverage limited to two replacements. To register your device, use the serial number found on the warranty card or on the back of the mat.
First and Second year of Warranty
For warranty issues that occur within the first two years, we provide a return shipping label (Continental U.S. only). Customers must send the product to us for inspection, and if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we’ll replace it at no cost.
For customers in Hawaii, Alaska, and international locations, all shipping costs to and from HealthyLine are the customer’s responsibility. Controller replacements are free with free shipping in the Continental U.S., but shipping fees apply outside this area. If our engineers determine the problem was caused by improper use, the warranty will be void. If no defect is found, the same product will be returned, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
Third Year of Warranty
Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. Replacing a malfunctioning item requires a 10% deductible of the retail price. For example, if a $1,500 mat fails after 20 months, the replacement cost will be $150 plus shipping.
Controller replacements are provided free of charge; however, customers must pay shipping $10 within the Continental U.S. and $30–$60 internationally, depending on location.
Fourth and Fifth year of Warranty
Customers are responsible for shipping costs in both directions. Replacing a malfunctioning item requires a 20% deductible of the retail price. Controller replacements are free, though shipping must be covered by the customer ($10 within the Continental U.S. and $30–$60 internationally, depending on location).
Note: If the returned product is found to be non-defective or shows signs of user-related damage, you may choose to have it returned at your expense, apply it toward a trade-in, or have it disposed of at your discretion.

Free Lifetime Trade-In Policy
After your warranty ends, you can trade in your HealthyLine mat no matter its age or condition and receive 50% of its original retail value as credit toward a new purchase.
For example, a $1,500 mat earns you a $750 credit toward a new order of $1,500 or more (your purchase must be at least double the trade-in value). You can apply this credit to any HealthyLine product or model, as long as it’s an original HealthyLine item.
- Customers must contact HealthyLine Support to start a trade-in.
- Provide order number, order confirmation, or valid proof of purchase.
- After receiving an RGA number, customers can ship the unit back at their own expense.
- Once the unit arrives at HealthyLine’s warehouse, a coupon code will be issued for 50% of the product’s retail value.
- Customers can then place a new order on HealthyLine.com and apply the trade-in credit at checkout.
Free Lifetime Upgrade Policy
You can upgrade your HealthyLine product if it’s in good working condition. We’ll give you 100% of its current retail value as credit toward a new order, as long as the new purchase is at least double that value.
For example, a mat valued at $700 earns you $700 credit toward a new order of $1,400 or more. Credits apply to the product’s listing price on HealthyLine.com, not the amount you originally paid.
