Your Drive brand product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 18 months from the date of purchase by the original consumer. This warranty is a testament to the quality of our products, ensuring dependable service for years. However, it does not cover issues arising from owner misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Non-durable components, such as rubber accessories, casters, and grips, which are subject to normal wear and may need periodic replacement, are also not covered. New or Unused Products (Excluding Power Products Shipped to Residential Addresses):
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging, except for Bath Safety products, where the packaging must remain unopened.
- No returns are accepted after 60 days, and opened or used hygienic products are non-returnable.
