Warranty ▾
Warranty basics
Altimate Medical, the US manufacturer of EasyStand and Zing standers based in Morton, Minnesota, warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. The same limited warranty applies to both the EasyStand and Zing ranges. It is extended to the original purchaser only. Morelli Medical is an authorised Altimate Medical supplier — so warranty service runs through us.
Warranty length
Coverage varies by component:
  • Steel frame: 5 years
  • Hydraulic actuator: 2 years
  • Gas spring: 2 years
  • Upholstered components, plastic pads, rubber parts, painted surfaces, bearings and all other parts: 90 days
If your stander has the electric lift option:
  • Actuator and hand pendant: 2 years
  • Control box and battery: 90 days
  • Battery charger: 90 days
The warranty period starts on the date the product ships from Altimate Medical, not the date it is delivered.
How warranty repairs work
Any product Altimate Medical confirms is defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced, at Altimate Medical's option. Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under the warranty. Labour for installing replacement parts is not included. Freight to send a product back to the factory is paid by the purchaser, and Altimate Medical prepays the return freight to you. Never send a product to the factory without prior authorisation — contact us first.
What is not covered
The warranty does not apply where:
  • the serial number has been removed or defaced
  • the product has been subject to negligence, abuse, misuse, or improper operation, maintenance or storage
  • damage is beyond Altimate Medical's control
  • the product has been modified without Altimate Medical's written consent, including through unauthorised parts or attachments
  • problems arise from normal wear or from not following the instructions
Adding parts not made by Altimate Medical, or parts that do not meet original equipment specifications, voids the warranty. Altimate Medical decides whether a claim is covered, and is not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
Making a claim
Contact us first and we will walk you through it. Have your order number, the serial number from the identification label on the stander, and photos or video of the fault ready — it speeds the process considerably. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838.
Returns ▾
Return policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be in new or like-new condition, in its original packaging, with the serial number label intact and legible. Keep the box and packaging until you are sure the stander is right for you.
How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back. Every return needs a Return Authorisation number from Altimate Medical, and we arrange this for you. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions for shipping it to Altimate Medical in Morton, Minnesota. Items sent back without an approved return authorisation cannot be accepted. Inspection and refunds
Altimate Medical inspects every returned product and determines whether it is in new or like-new condition. If a product arrives back damaged, the deduction can exceed the 20% restocking fee. Special-order parts and accessories that are not stock items cannot be refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can put it right. Where the error is on our side or the manufacturer's, the return is collected at no cost and refunded in full, including shipping. Photographs of the packaging and the contents help considerably.
Before you order
A stander has to fit the person using it. Model, size, the user's height and weight, and the support package all matter, and getting one wrong is the most common reason for a return. Altimate Medical advises that standing equipment be used under the guidance of a physician, with the standing programme monitored by the attending therapist. Call us at (866) 338-2838 before you buy and we will work through the configuration with you.
Shipping ▾
Shipping overview
EasyStand and Zing standers ship directly from Altimate Medical in Morton, Minnesota. Each stander ships with its owner's manual, which includes instructions for assembly, adjustment and operation.
Lead times
Standers typically ship in 7–10 business days, but lead times can extend to around 3 weeks depending on the model and configuration. Replacement parts usually ship within 24–48 hours. If you need your stander by a particular date, call us before ordering and we will confirm the current lead time for your specific order.
Filing a claim
Carriers accept liability for loss or damage once they collect the shipment, so claims have to be filed with the carrier. Inspect the shipment before the driver leaves, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and ask the driver to sign to acknowledge it. If damage is not obvious until you unpack, contact us straight away — hidden damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838 with your full name, order number and photos of the box and the contents.

The Zing's two-direction pivot — supine through vertical to 20° prone in one motion — with tilt-table support: a single 16″-wide pad for pelvis and trunk together, and MPS components added only where the therapist wants them. Fits 32″–60″ and up to 154 lb, abducts 30° per leg, with a choice of gas spring or electric Pow'r Up lift.

Both the MPS TT and the standard MPS Size 2 pivot supine-to-prone, abduct to 30° per leg, and take the same trays and lifts. The difference is the back: the standard MPS builds support pad by pad; the TT starts with one large pad and adds components only where needed. Below this frame, MPS TT Size 1 covers to 44″ and 70 lb. The single-position Supine TT Size 2 costs less but cannot become multi-position later.

An itemised build specifies every component — and is the only way to order the electric Pow'r Up lift. Two gas-spring packages bundle tested combinations: Moderate Support — abduction mast, footplates and straps, planar leg pads with knee straps, TT pad with hip supports and strapping, laterals, chest vest, head support, swing-away tray, push handle — or Maximum Support, adding Dual Control, lift lockout, directional locking caster and multi-adjustable or swing-away knee pads. Load the child lying flat at a 31″ transfer height, then position anywhere from supine 0–90° to 20° prone-forward — no transfer, no flipping pads or trays. A built-in prone lockout prevents inadvertently passing vertical.

02 · Tilt-Table Support

One big pad, straps where pads would be

A single 16″-wide planar pad in 19″, 22″ or 25″ heights supports pelvis and trunk as one surface, secured with padded strapping in two capacities (to 45″ or 57″ hip circumference). It isn't either/or: hip supports, laterals, chest vests to a 20.5″ Y-style, TT leg pads and every MPS knee option add on where more support is needed.

03 · Lift, Abduction & Everyday Use

Gas spring or electric, 30° per leg, tray in reach

Choose the lift at order time: foot-operated gas spring, with optional Dual Control and lift lockout, or the electric Pow'r Up for heavier children. With the abduction mast, one knob abducts the entire leg up to 30° per side (60° bilaterally). Every component adjusts tool-free, and the 21″ × 24″ tray swings away either direction while staying attached, or lifts off.

Over 70 components — the therapist's recommendation decides which. The main choices:

  • Base and lift — gas spring, or electric Pow'r Up (Dual Control and lift lockout are gas-spring only)
  • Mast — standard, or with 30° leg abduction
  • Frame colour — green, purple, orange or white, no charge
  • TT pelvic/upper-body pad — 19″, 22″ or 25″ tall × 16″ wide, with straps to 45″ or 57″ hip circumference
  • Footplates — four sizes from 6″ to 11.75″, plantar/dorsi ±20°, independent per foot
  • Knee support — knee straps over planar leg pads, or knee pads in four inside widths, plus calf pads to 5.5″

05 · Before You Order

Fit, configuration and safe use

  • The lift is chosen at order time and cannot be swapped later. Dual Control and the lift lockout are gas-spring only; both packages are gas-spring builds, so an electric unit is always itemised.
  • TT means one big pad plus strapping, not maximum segmental positioning out of the box. If support was specified pad by pad, compare the standard MPS Size 2 — we can quote both against the same recommendation.
  • Leg abduction requires the abduction mast — the standard mast does not abduct.
  • Every order requires a named ATP, and configuration comes from the treating therapist. Components have dependencies — knee straps match specific leg pads, posterior knee pads exclude leg supports and calf pads, laterals are matched to the TT pad size — and we check them on the quote.
  • Limits: 32″–60″ (82–152 cm) and 154 lb (70 kg). Below the range, MPS TT Size 1 covers to 44″ and 70 lb — near a boundary, call us.
  • Read the owner's manual in full before first use.

Standing programmes should be prescribed and supervised by the child's physician, physical therapist or occupational therapist. Morelli Medical supplies equipment and does not provide clinical assessment, prescribe therapy, or advise on standing protocols.
