Warranty ▾
Warranty basics
Dolphin devices are made by Acumed Medical Ltd. and come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, when the device is used as the instructions direct. Because you bought from Morelli Medical, contact us first and we will handle the claim with Dolphin for you.
Warranty length
Dolphin devices are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
What is not covered
The limited warranty does not cover:
  • breakable parts and materials
  • a unit whose casing has been opened, interfered with or damaged, which voids the warranty
  • battery-only faults: if the only problem found is the battery, shipping and any applicable tax are charged
  • accidents, drops, misuse, or use outside the instructions
  • loss or theft
After the warranty ends
Out-of-warranty repairs and replacements are available for a service fee. Contact us with your serial number and a description of the problem, and we will get you a quote from Dolphin before any work is done.
Making a claim
Contact us before sending anything back. Have your order number, your device’s serial number and a short description of the problem ready, and work through the troubleshooting steps in the instructions first, as Dolphin asks for confirmation that these have been tried. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a return authorization (RMA) form with Dolphin for you. The RMA form must be packed with your unit, or the return cannot be processed. Shipping ▾
Shipping overview
Dolphin orders ship directly from the manufacturer by FedEx to addresses in all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and you will receive a tracking number once your order ships. For delivery outside the United States, contact us before ordering.
No P.O. boxes
FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so please give a street address for delivery. Orders with a P.O. box address will be held until we can confirm a street address with you.
Lead times
Your order is sent to Dolphin once payment is confirmed, and delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. If you need your device by a particular date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether it can arrive in time.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. If you would like a signature required on delivery, let us know when you order; an additional fee applies.
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking stops updating, or shows your order as delivered when nothing has arrived, contact us straight away so we can start an investigation with FedEx.
Filing a claim
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can start the claim in time. Inspect the package before the driver leaves where you can, photograph any damage to the outer packaging as well as the device, and keep all packaging until the claim is settled. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838 with your full name, order number and photos.
Returns ▾
Return policy
You have 30 days from the date of your order to request a return. Dolphin requires the complete package to come back, including every unit and all accessories, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back. We will arrange a return authorization (RMA) form with Dolphin for you, along with instructions on where to send the package. The RMA form must be packed with your return, or it cannot be processed. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838.
Return costs
Unless your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by you, and the original shipping charges are not refunded.
What cannot be returned
Units whose casing has been opened or modified, incomplete returns, and items marked final sale cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies, ask us before you buy.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right at no cost to you. Photographs of the packaging and the contents help considerably.
Before you order

Refunds
We will let you know once Dolphin has received and inspected your return. Returns that arrive incomplete, damaged or with parts missing may be refused or have the cost deducted from your refund. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method; allow up to 10 business days, plus whatever time your bank or card issuer needs to post it.
