Warranty, Shipping, and Returns

Warranty ▾
Warranty basics
All Axiom H2 products include a limited warranty for the original purchaser when used under normal conditions and according to the user manual. HW600 and HW300 Cellular Optimization Machines include a 5-year limited warranty, while the Super Saturated Hydrogen-Rich Water Bottle includes a 1-year limited warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, normal wear, or cosmetic damage.

Remedies and costs
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Axiom H2 may repair the product, replace the defective product or component with an equivalent new or refurbished unit, or provide another appropriate remedy where required by law. Approved warranty claims include return shipping instructions, and return shipping costs for approved warranty repairs are covered by the company.
Returns ▾
Return Policy
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 10 days of delivery after receiving return authorization. Returns must remain unopened in the original packaging, are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Opened or used machines may qualify for a partial refund upon approval. Used water bottles, accessories, tablets, and consumables are not eligible for return. Do not return any product without authorization.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued minus any applicable restocking fees, prepaid return label costs, shipping charges, processing fees, or other applicable deductions.

Filing a claim
If your shipment arrives damaged or there is a delivery issue, notify customer support within 5 days of delivery.
