Warranty ▾
Warranty basics
iRestore devices are made by Freedom Laser Therapy, Inc. and come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, when the device is used normally and as the user manual directs. It covers device defects, not wear and tear or accidents. Because you bought from Morelli Medical, contact us first and we will handle the claim with iRestore for you.
Warranty length
Coverage depends on the device and starts from the date your order is delivered:
- iRestore Elite hair growth helmet: 3 years
- iRestore Professional and Essential hair growth helmets: 2 years
- Laser Face Mask Pro: 2 years
- Illumina LED Face Mask, Eye Mask, and Neck & Chest Mask: 1 year
- Flex and Sculpt LED belts: 1 year
- Apex 1500 and Apex 2160 LED panels: 10 years, tiered as below
- Panel stands (floor, universal and motorized) and the Glow Stand: 1 year
Apex LED panel coverage
The 10-year Apex warranty works in two stages:
- Year 1: repair or replacement at no charge, using new or refurbished parts or units, with shipping both ways covered within the continental United States
- Years 2–10: parts and labor at no charge; you pay shipping both ways and any shipping insurance
Apex coverage applies to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred. Keep the original packaging for the life of the panel, as it is the safest way to ship it for service, and insure any shipment you pay for, since iRestore is not responsible for panels lost or damaged on the way back for service.
What is not covered
The limited warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect how the device works
- accidents, drops or other physical impact
- misuse, abuse, neglect, or use outside the instructions in the user manual
- opening or modifying the device without written authorization from iRestore
- service or repairs by anyone other than an authorized iRestore representative
- a removed or altered serial number
- loss or theft
- on Apex panels, improper installation (including stand assembly) and commercial or institutional use
Making a claim
Contact us before sending anything back. Have your order number and photos or video showing the fault ready, as claims without clear documentation cannot be processed. If your claim is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions. Devices sent back without a return authorization number will be returned to the sender. Pack the device in its original packaging, or equivalent protective packaging. iRestore assesses each claim and decides the remedy, which may be replacement parts, technical support, or a new or refurbished unit. Shipping ▾
Shipping overview
iRestore orders ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. Depending on your order, it travels by UPS, USPS or DHL, and you will receive tracking details once it ships. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or another country, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability, timing and cost.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay, and nothing further is added after purchase. Apex LED panels are large, heavy items, so delivery for a panel outside the contiguous United States is quoted separately.
Lead times
Orders placed before 12 PM Pacific time on a business day are usually processed the same day. Delivery time then depends on your location and the carrier. If you need your device by a particular date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether it can arrive in time.
Shipping outside the United States
Where international delivery is possible, customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and paid by you as the importer, and customs clearance can add time to delivery. You are also responsible for confirming that the device can be legally imported into your country. If a shipment is refused at the border or on delivery, the shipping, handling and customs costs may be deducted from your refund.
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking stops updating, or shows your order as delivered when nothing has arrived, contact us straight away so we can start an investigation with the carrier.
Filing a claim
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can start the claim in time. Inspect the package before the driver leaves where you can, photograph any damage to the outer packaging as well as the device, and keep all packaging until the claim is settled. Returns ▾
Return policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the device must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories, cables and manuals included. Proof of purchase is required.
How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back. Every return needs a return authorization number, which we arrange with iRestore for you, along with instructions on where to send the package. Approved returns must be shipped within 30 days of the authorization being issued. Items sent back without an approved return authorization cannot be accepted. Return costs
Unless your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping is paid by you, and the original shipping charges, including any expedited shipping, are not refunded.
Apex LED panels
Apex panels must be returned in like-new condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories and mounting hardware included. A panel stand can only be returned together with the panel it was bought with.
What cannot be returned
Opened REVIVE hair care products and supplements, and items marked final sale, cannot be returned. If you are unsure whether your order falls into one of these categories, ask us before you buy.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right at no cost to you. Photographs of the packaging and the contents help considerably.
Before you order
iRestore hair growth helmets are FDA-cleared to promote hair growth in men with Norwood-Hamilton Classes IIa to V and in women with androgenetic alopecia, Ludwig-Savin Classes I to II, with Fitzpatrick skin types I to IV. Refunds and exchanges
We will let you know once your return has been received and inspected. Devices that show signs of use, or arrive damaged or with parts missing, may be refused or have the cost deducted from your refund. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method; allow up to 10 business days, plus whatever time your bank or card issuer needs to post it. For an exchange, the quickest route is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
