Warranty, Shipping & Returns

Warranty ▾
Warranty basics
VersaClimber machines are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. The warranty is provided by Heart Rate, Inc., the maker of VersaClimber, to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Home and commercial owners receive the same coverage periods.
Coverage by part
Coverage depends on the component:
  • Frame, handrails, base plate, handles, foot pedals, rollers and slides, hand grips and foot pedal straps: 5 years
  • Magnetic resistance system: 3 years
  • Display electronics and other electronics: 1 year
  • Labor: covered during the first year
How repairs work
VersaClimber will repair or replace the defective part, or replace the machine, at its discretion on an exchange basis. Repairs are carried out at the VersaClimber factory in Santa Ana, California, and the owner is responsible for shipping and handling to and from the factory. Labor is included during the first year; after that, labor is charged. Contact us before shipping anything so we can arrange the claim with VersaClimber and confirm costs up front.
Home and commercial use
Home use means a personal machine used by one person or one family in a home or other non-commercial space. Any other use, such as a gym, studio, clinic or training facility, is commercial use. The coverage periods above apply to both.
What is not covered
The limited warranty does not cover:
  • damage from misuse, tampering, negligence, accidents or abnormal conditions
  • damage caused by inadequate maintenance, or by unauthorized service or alterations
  • paint wear, discoloration, chipping or rust
  • shipping and handling to and from the factory for warranty repairs
Making a claim
Contact us first and we will walk you through it. Proof of purchase is required, so keep your order confirmation — and have your model, a description of the issue and photos or video of the fault ready, as it speeds the process considerably. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838.
Shipping ▾
Built to order
Every VersaClimber is built to order in California. The typical lead time is about 4 weeks to build and ship your machine, plus transit time to your address. If you need it by a particular date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether it can arrive in time.
Shipping costs
Shipping is quoted for each order, because the cost depends on your model and delivery address. Contact us for an exact quote before you order. We ship within the contiguous United States; for Alaska, Hawaii or international delivery, contact us first.
How it ships
How your machine travels depends on the model:
  • Home Climber models ship by FedEx Ground in two boxes weighing about 86 lb in total. The longest box is about 8 feet (96 inches) long.
  • Commercial models ship by freight in a wooden crate about 100 inches long, weighing roughly 200–250 lb depending on the model.
What to expect on delivery
Freight deliveries do not include bringing the crate inside, so plan for two or more people and a clear path to the machine’s final spot. Inside delivery is available for an additional charge; ask for it when you order, as requesting it on the day of delivery is billed separately.
Filing a claim
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible and within 15 days of delivery. Inspect the boxes or crate before the driver leaves where you can, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and photograph the outer packaging as well as the contents. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838. Please include your full name, order number and photos.
Returns ▾
Return policy
You have 15 days from delivery to request a return. Approved returns are refunded the purchase price less all shipping costs.
Shipping costs and restocking fee
Shipping and freight charges in both directions are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Requests made after the 15-day window are reviewed case by case and, if accepted, carry the 15% restocking fee.
Condition and packaging
Machines must be returned complete, undamaged and in their original VersaClimber packaging, so keep the boxes or crate until your return window has passed. If the packaging has been lost or discarded, replacement packaging can be purchased. Returns that arrive damaged through neglect, careless handling or poor packing, that are missing parts, or that show signs of abuse may be refused or charged an additional fee.
How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back. Every return must be authorized by VersaClimber first; we arrange that for you and send the return instructions. Machines sent back without an authorized return cannot be accepted. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can put it right — photographs of the packaging and the contents help considerably.
Refunds
We will let you know once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund, less shipping costs and any restocking fee, goes back to your original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days after approval, plus whatever time your bank or card issuer needs to post it.

VersaClimber TS-Aerobic Commercial Vertical Climber with Touchscreen

From $5,395.00
VersaClimber TS-Aerobic

Touchscreen climbing, powered by your own body weight

The TS-Aerobic has the same commercial-grade build and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth touchscreen as the TS-Magnetic, without the resistance system. There is no resistance to adjust: you set the intensity with your pace and stroke length, climbing against your own body weight.

Arms and legs work together in a contra-lateral climbing pattern, so every session is a total-body workout. Choose a free-standing base or a wall, floor or rack mount.

Choose your setup

  • Standard base: free-standing, for most homes and gyms
  • Wall, floor or rack mount: anchored installations for fixed layouts
  • Stackable base: available separately as a retrofit for studios that need to store climbers compactly

Want adjustable resistance or a cord-free battery option? Take a look at the TS-Magnetic, or ask us which model suits your space.

Built to order. Each TS-Aerobic is assembled in California after you order. Allow about 4–6 weeks for building, shipping and delivery.

Features

VersaClimber TS-Aerobic with no resistance dial, intensity set by pace and stroke length
01 · Intensity

No resistance dial, just you

The TS-Aerobic has no adjustable resistance system. Instead, you climb against your own body weight and control the effort with your pace and stroke length: short and quick for sprints, long and steady for endurance. Every session is as hard as you choose to make it.

02 · Touchscreen

A tablet console with classes built in

The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth touchscreen records and saves your workouts and charts feet per minute, stroke length and strokes per minute, alongside session totals, feet climbed and heart rate. Compete on leaderboards, and stream VC Connect on-demand classes right on the console, with no TV or streaming stick needed. Family mode lets up to five family members keep their own workout history.

03 · Climb Pattern

Contra-lateral, total-body climbing

The TS-Aerobic uses a contra-lateral pattern: each arm moves with the opposite leg, the way you naturally climb or crawl. Arms, legs and core work together in every stroke.

04 · Build

Full commercial quality

The TS-Aerobic is built to full commercial quality for busy gyms and studios, and assembled in Santa Ana, California. With no resistance system, it is the touchscreen VersaClimber at a lower price than the TS-Magnetic.

05 · Compare

TS-Aerobic or TS-Magnetic?

  • TS-Aerobic: touchscreen and commercial build, with no resistance system; you set the intensity with pace and stroke length
  • TS-Magnetic: the same touchscreen and build, plus 11 levels of magnetic resistance and an optional battery
  • Both use the contra-lateral climbing pattern and the same VersaClimber app
06 · Placement & Safety

Plan your space

  • Allow overhead clearance for the tallest user at the top of the stroke; ask us for the machine height before ordering
  • Wall, floor and rack mounts must be anchored to a suitable structure following VersaClimber's installation instructions
  • Plan for a nearby power outlet for the touchscreen console
  • Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a heart condition or other health concerns

Where the TS-Aerobic fits

Gyms and health clubs

Built for full commercial use, with leaderboards that give members something to chase.

Group classes and studios

No resistance settings to change between users, so every rider is ready the moment class starts.

Athletic training facilities

Sprint intervals and endurance climbs, all controlled by the athlete's own pace.

Corporate and government fitness centers

Commercial build quality for shared facilities with heavy daily use.

Home gyms

Family mode keeps workout history for up to five people on one machine.

Touchscreen on a tighter budget

The full TS console and classes at a lower price than the TS-Magnetic.

The VersaClimber TS-Aerobic is fitness equipment. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise program. Individual results vary.
