Living Earth Crafts (LEC) offers an industry-best warranty, worldwide, on all tables and accessories — guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty service for stationary tables is offered on-site, where feasible.

• Table frames: Lifetime for the original purchaser, or 5 years after the model is discontinued
• Foam and upholstery covering: 3 years
• Pedicure units (including foam and upholstery): 2 years
• Hydraulic systems, motors, controls, and actuators: 2 years (parts and labor)
• Accessories and options: 1 year, unless otherwise noted

LEC may repair or replace defective components at their discretion. For factory repairs on portable products, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to the factory. LEC returns the warranted product with standard shipping pre-paid to customers in the continental US. International customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges, plus any applicable duties and taxes.

Not covered under warranty: normal wear and tear, maintenance costs, and damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance, harsh operating environments, or neglect (including tears in the upholstery and damage from harsh chemical-based cleaners).

If you are not completely satisfied with your LEC product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Contact your Sales Representative to request a Return Authorization (RA) number — LEC will not accept returned packages without one.

All returned items must be in new, like-new condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt of purchase. Custom tables, custom accessories, and any customized or upgraded products do not qualify for the 30-day return policy. Products returned to the factory damaged are the responsibility of the sender.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Refunds are issued on the subtotal, excluding original shipping and handling charges.

Standard stationary and lift tables follow the same 30-day window and 20% restocking fee. Customized or upgraded tables, chairs, and accessories are non-refundable.

Returns can be requested through your account, or as a guest by submitting the online RMA request form. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

All internet orders delivered within the continental US ship via GROUND delivery by default. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. LTL shipping is available for retail customers in the contiguous US.

Transit times: 1–7 business days depending on region. Portable Tables, Chairs, and Accessories typically ship within the business days shown on the product page. Stationary and Lift Tables have lead times displayed on each product page. Custom options (such as stain) require longer lead times.

Orders placed at night, on weekends, on holidays, or after 4:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.

Delivery options:

• Curbside Delivery: Included by default. Items are delivered to the curb at the end of your driveway via lift gate truck. Does not include delivery to doors, into buildings, setup, assembly, or packaging removal.

Every Living Earth Crafts table and accessory is carefully inspected, packaged in protective materials, and insured against shipping damage.

To ensure full coverage: inspect all tables for freight damage at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage to the exterior of the box or to the product itself, note all damages on the shipping and delivery paperwork before signing, and notify LEC immediately.
