Built for the age when transfers get hard
The Bantam Medium is the largest frame in the range, for young people roughly 4′0″ to 5′6″ tall and up to 200 lb, built on EasyStand's adult Evolv series. A central positioning controller offers three settings — sit-to-stand, supine, and neutral, which allows infinite positioning between seated and supine. A manual hydraulic actuator raises the user to standing, and with the Pow'r Up option fitted alongside supine, a young person can take themselves from sitting to standing without a caregiver at all.
Who it fits
Older children, teenagers and smaller adults — approximately 48″ to 66″ tall, up to 200 lb, seat depth 15″ to 20″. The step up from the Bantam Small.
Independence
Order the Pow'r Up lift together with supine and the user can go from sitting to standing on their own — the difference between being stood up by someone and choosing to stand.
Funding

The decision that cannot be undone
Standard base or supine-ready base
The standard base does sit-to-stand. The supine-ready base does sit-to-stand and takes the supine option — the full 0–90° range and the controller's infinite neutral positioning — and it is the only route to independent sit-to-stand, since that requires Pow'r Up and supine together. You cannot convert one into the other later. If supine is likely at any point, now or in two years, order the supine-ready base.
Two ways to buy
Itemised build or support package
An itemised build lets the therapist specify every component. A support package — minimum, moderate or maximum — bundles a tested combination at a single price, with no substitutions. Packages are simpler to fund and quicker to order, but if the assessment calls for anything outside the bundle, itemise — the saving is never large enough to justify compromising the fit. We can quote both.

Three settings, transfers to match
The controller's three settings are sit-to-stand, supine, and neutral — the last allowing infinite positioning between seated and supine, so the therapist can hold any angle without re-rigging. With the supine-ready base the range runs from 90-90 sitting through vertical standing to lying flat, and the frame accepts a transfer seated, fully supine, or at any angle between — a caregiver using a hoist can bring someone in lying flat, and the frame does the lifting from there.
The base unit ships with a manual hydraulic actuator with handle — unlike the smaller Bantams' gas spring, it gives a caregiver controlled mechanical advantage when the person being raised weighs 150 or 200 lb. The Pow'r Up electric lift is the significant upgrade: ordered together with supine on the supine-ready base, it lets the user raise themselves from sitting to standing at the touch of a button.

Evolv-grade support on a Bantam frame
Seat depth adjusts 15″ to 20″ and seat-to-footplate 7″ to 18.5″ — wide enough to follow a teenager through several years of growth. The support range is drawn from the Evolv series: planar and form-to-fit seats and backs, hip and lateral supports, chest vests and contoured chest pads, head supports, multi-adjustable footplates, and swing-away knee pads that clear the frame for transfers. Which of those a user needs is a clinical judgement — send us the recommendation and we will price the build.

Warranty ▾
Warranty basics
Altimate Medical, the US manufacturer of EasyStand and Zing standers based in Morton, Minnesota, warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. The same limited warranty applies to both the EasyStand and Zing ranges. It is extended to the original purchaser only. Morelli Medical is an authorised Altimate Medical supplier — so warranty service runs through us.

The warranty period starts on the date the product ships from Altimate Medical, not the date it is delivered.
How warranty repairs work
Any product Altimate Medical confirms is defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced, at Altimate Medical's option. Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under the warranty. Labour for installing replacement parts is not included. Freight to send a product back to the factory is paid by the purchaser, and Altimate Medical prepays the return freight to you. Never send a product to the factory without prior authorisation — contact us first.
What is not covered
The warranty does not apply where:
the serial number has been removed or defaced
the product has been subject to negligence, abuse, misuse, or improper operation, maintenance or storage
damage is beyond Altimate Medical's control
the product has been modified without Altimate Medical's written consent, including through unauthorised parts or attachments
problems arise from normal wear or from not following the instructions
Adding parts not made by Altimate Medical, or parts that do not meet original equipment specifications, voids the warranty. Altimate Medical decides whether a claim is covered, and is not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
Making a claim
Contact us first and we will walk you through it. Have your order number, the serial number from the identification label on the stander, and photos or video of the fault ready — it speeds the process considerably. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838.
Returns ▾
Return policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be in new or like-new condition, in its original packaging, with the serial number label intact and legible. Keep the box and packaging until you are sure the stander is right for you.
How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back. Every return needs a Return Authorisation number from Altimate Medical, and we arrange this for you. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions for shipping it to Altimate Medical in Morton, Minnesota. Items sent back without an approved return authorisation cannot be accepted. Inspection and refunds
Altimate Medical inspects every returned product and determines whether it is in new or like-new condition. If a product arrives back damaged, the deduction can exceed the 20% restocking fee. Special-order parts and accessories that are not stock items cannot be refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can put it right. Where the error is on our side or the manufacturer's, the return is collected at no cost and refunded in full, including shipping. Photographs of the packaging and the contents help considerably.
Before you order
A stander has to fit the person using it. Model, size, the user's height and weight, and the support package all matter, and getting one wrong is the most common reason for a return. Altimate Medical advises that standing equipment be used under the guidance of a physician, with the standing programme monitored by the attending therapist. Shipping overview
EasyStand and Zing standers ship directly from Altimate Medical in Morton, Minnesota. Each stander ships with its owner's manual, which includes instructions for assembly, adjustment and operation.
Lead times
Standers typically ship in 7–10 business days, but lead times can extend to around 3 weeks depending on the model and configuration. Replacement parts usually ship within 24–48 hours. If you need your stander by a particular date, call us before ordering and we will confirm the current lead time for your specific order.
Filing a claim
Carriers accept liability for loss or damage once they collect the shipment, so claims have to be filed with the carrier. Inspect the shipment before the driver leaves, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and ask the driver to sign to acknowledge it. If damage is not obvious until you unpack, contact us straight away — hidden damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838 with your full name, order number and photos of the box and the contents.
