A real Finnish sauna, not an infrared cabin. A Harvia 8kW stove heats rocks to 185°F, and you pour water over them for steam. Six-person capacity in Pacific Premium Clear Cedar with a Canadian Red Cedar backrest and bench.

Infrared warms your body directly at 118–140°F. Traditional saunas heat the air — up to 185°F — and the löyly steam from water on hot stones is what makes the experience feel authentically Nordic. Different modality, different result, and the buyers who want one rarely want the other.

The stove is Harvia, the world's largest sauna heater manufacturer, with built-in controls. Cedar is used throughout because it resists moisture and stays comfortable to touch even at high temperature — which matters far more in a steam sauna than an infrared one.

This sauna requires an electrician. Unlike plug-in infrared cabins, the Engelberg needs 240V / 40 amp service for the stove plus a separate 120V / 15 amp circuit for lighting and audio. This is a hardwired installation — please budget for a certified electrician and confirm your panel can carry the load before ordering.

Warranty basics

All products are manufactured with the highest quality and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. Warranty covers the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics against defects in material and workmanship.

Warranty length

1 to 5 years from the original date of purchase, depending on the component.

Shipping ▾

Shipping overview

In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days and are delivered within 1–6 business days after shipment. Tracking information is sent within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may be extended during holiday seasons or due to environmental conditions, transit issues, carrier availability, or warehouse location.

We currently do not ship to Canada.

Delivery Details

Saunas are fulfilled via freight shipping and require a signature upon delivery. The shipping company will contact you to arrange a delivery time and day. Industry-standard curbside delivery with a lift-gate is included.

The shipping company will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery cannot be completed after the maximum attempts, or fees are applied for missed delivery, the item will be returned to its original location and the customer is responsible for the associated shipping, missed delivery, and transaction fees (3%).

Filing a claim

Please inspect your item's packaging upon arrival. If you notice damage, refuse the package and note the damage on the delivery receipt. If the unit is signed for without inspection or notation, it is considered accepted in good condition and we cannot process an insurance claim with the freight company.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately via our Delivery Damages Submission Form or email 📩 support@morellimedical.com with photos. Verified freight damage is remedied via replacement parts at no cost, refund/partial refund, or a full replacement unit if damages exceed the item's salvageable value.

Returns ▾

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in new condition, in their original packaging, and include all original parts and components. Items fulfilled via freight shipping may need to be placed on the original delivery pallet. Photos showing the item is in returnable condition are required before an RMA number is issued.

A 25% restocking fee may apply once the returned item is inspected. The customer is responsible for all original and return shipping costs, even if shipping was free at checkout.

Cancellations

In-stock item cancellations must be requested the same business day the order was placed, as orders often ship the following business day. Custom-made items cannot be cancelled after 48 hours from the order date. Cancellations requested on or after the ship date are subject to shipping costs and a 3% transaction fee. Cancellations are processed during business hours (Eastern Standard Time).

Refunds

Items that arrive damaged or with missing parts, as outlined in our Product Quality Guarantee, are handled at no extra cost. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less original shipping, return shipping, and any applicable restocking fee.
