Warranty ▾
Warranty basics
Altimate Medical, the US manufacturer of EasyStand and Zing standers based in Morton, Minnesota, warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. The same limited warranty applies to both the EasyStand and Zing ranges. It is extended to the original purchaser only. Morelli Medical is an authorised Altimate Medical supplier — so warranty service runs through us.
Warranty length
Coverage varies by component:
  • Steel frame: 5 years
  • Hydraulic actuator: 2 years
  • Gas spring: 2 years
  • Upholstered components, plastic pads, rubber parts, painted surfaces, bearings and all other parts: 90 days
If your stander has the electric lift option:
  • Actuator and hand pendant: 2 years
  • Control box and battery: 90 days
  • Battery charger: 90 days
The warranty period starts on the date the product ships from Altimate Medical, not the date it is delivered.
How warranty repairs work
Any product Altimate Medical confirms is defective within the warranty period will be repaired or replaced, at Altimate Medical's option. Repair or replacement is the sole remedy under the warranty. Labour for installing replacement parts is not included. Freight to send a product back to the factory is paid by the purchaser, and Altimate Medical prepays the return freight to you. Never send a product to the factory without prior authorisation — contact us first.
What is not covered
The warranty does not apply where:
  • the serial number has been removed or defaced
  • the product has been subject to negligence, abuse, misuse, or improper operation, maintenance or storage
  • damage is beyond Altimate Medical's control
  • the product has been modified without Altimate Medical's written consent, including through unauthorised parts or attachments
  • problems arise from normal wear or from not following the instructions
Adding parts not made by Altimate Medical, or parts that do not meet original equipment specifications, voids the warranty. Altimate Medical decides whether a claim is covered, and is not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
Making a claim
Contact us first and we will walk you through it. Have your order number, the serial number from the identification label on the stander, and photos or video of the fault ready — it speeds the process considerably. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838.
Returns ▾
Return policy
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be in new or like-new condition, in its original packaging, with the serial number label intact and legible. Keep the box and packaging until you are sure the stander is right for you.
How to start a return
Contact us before sending anything back. Every return needs a Return Authorisation number from Altimate Medical, and we arrange this for you. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions for shipping it to Altimate Medical in Morton, Minnesota. Items sent back without an approved return authorisation cannot be accepted. Inspection and refunds
Altimate Medical inspects every returned product and determines whether it is in new or like-new condition. If a product arrives back damaged, the deduction can exceed the 20% restocking fee. Special-order parts and accessories that are not stock items cannot be refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can put it right. Where the error is on our side or the manufacturer's, the return is collected at no cost and refunded in full, including shipping. Photographs of the packaging and the contents help considerably.
Before you order
A stander has to fit the person using it. Model, size, the user's height and weight, and the support package all matter, and getting one wrong is the most common reason for a return. Altimate Medical advises that standing equipment be used under the guidance of a physician, with the standing programme monitored by the attending therapist. Shipping ▾
Shipping overview
EasyStand and Zing standers ship directly from Altimate Medical in Morton, Minnesota. Each stander ships with its owner's manual, which includes instructions for assembly, adjustment and operation.
Lead times
Standers typically ship in 7–10 business days, but lead times can extend to around 3 weeks depending on the model and configuration. Replacement parts usually ship within 24–48 hours. If you need your stander by a particular date, call us before ordering and we will confirm the current lead time for your specific order.
Filing a claim
Carriers accept liability for loss or damage once they collect the shipment, so claims have to be filed with the carrier. Inspect the shipment before the driver leaves, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and ask the driver to sign to acknowledge it. If damage is not obvious until you unpack, contact us straight away — hidden damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Email support@morellimedical.com or call (866) 338-2838 with your full name, order number and photos of the box and the contents.

Standing that moves — not standing still


The Glider Large is EasyStand's active standing frame for users roughly 5′0″ to 6′2″ and up to 280 lb. Moving the handles — by the user or a caregiver — drives a reciprocal leg movement: lower-body range of motion and upper-body strengthening in one session. The full range seat's hinged break-away sections allow full leg extension while standing, and EasyStand's Glider funding materials are built on the active-standing evidence base.

Who it fits

Adults and taller teens — about 60″ to 74″, up to 280 lb, seat depth 24″–29″. For programmes that need movement: range of motion, circulation, upper-body conditioning, longer tolerated sessions.

Active or assisted

Driven by the user or a caregiver — one frame for building independent strength or receiving passive range-of-motion work, so changing ability doesn't mean outgrowing it.

01 · Active Standing

The arms drive the legs

Push and pull the handles and the linkage turns it into a reciprocal stepping motion — a 20.5″ stride, standing, fully supported. The upper body works; the lower body gains range of motion. If the user can't drive it, a caregiver works the handles: passive range-of-motion, standing, no second device.

02 · Full Range Seat

A seat that gets out of the way of standing

Most sit-to-stand seats hold the hips at a compromise angle. The full range seat's hinged sections drop away independently as the user rises, allowing full leg extension while standing — and handling asymmetric presentations, since each leg's section moves on its own. A Roho-insert seat is available for skin integrity.

04 · Before You Order

Fit, configuration and safe use

  • Active standing is a clinical decision. The therapist should confirm it fits the user's strength, range of motion and precautions. For maximum postural support, see the Evolv Large.
  • The Glider does not recline to supine — it is a sit-to-stand device with an active component.
  • Configuration must come from the treating therapist. Send us the recommendation and we will build to it.
  • Limits: 280 lb, about 5′0″–6′2″. Seat depth 24″–29″ and seat-to-footplate 15.5″–18.5″ are the more accurate measurements — below 5′0″, see the Glider Medium; near a boundary, call us.
  • Read the instructions for use and assembly manual in full before first use, and follow the transfer method they describe.

Standing programmes should be prescribed and supervised by the user's physician, physical therapist or occupational therapist. Morelli Medical supplies equipment and does not provide clinical assessment, prescribe therapy, or advise on standing protocols.

Active standing is prescribed, not picked. The Glider's movement component must be cleared by the treating therapist against the user's strength, range of motion and medical precautions. Where a passive frame is indicated, the Evolv Large covers the same size range.

Prescription required: this product is supplied Rx only. We verify a valid prescription or professional licence before shipment. If you do not have one, provide your prescriber's details and we will request it on your behalf.

Configuration: each Glider Large is built to the individual user — seat version, foot plates, front supports and positioning components should be specified by the treating physical or occupational therapist. Send us the recommendation and we will quote the build against it.

Manufacturing quality: Altimate Medical, Inc. holds ISO 13485:2016 certification for medical device quality management systems, and manufactures in Morton and Redwood Falls, Minnesota. The company has been building standing frames since 1987.
