Warranty, Shipping, and Returns

Warranty ▾
Warranty basics
Every Flexabed is hand-built and backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering the entire bed system — including the frame, motors, lifting mechanism, upholstered base, and mattress. The warranty is fully transferable, so coverage remains in effect even if ownership changes.
Warranty length
First 12 Months: In-home parts and labor are provided at no charge for motors, lifting mechanisms, mattress, and upholstered base. Parts ship via UPS Ground (expedited shipping available at customer expense).

After Year One: Factory repair, reconditioning, or replacement is available for a $100 service fee plus shipping. Customers must ship parts or mattress freight prepaid to the factory. Repaired or replaced items are returned freight collect at customer expense.

After Year Five: If critical components become unavailable and repair cannot be completed, a 33% discount off current MSRP is offered toward a new mattress or articulating base.
Remedies and costs
Remedies include repair, reconditioning, or replacement at the factory. After the first year, a $100 service fee plus applicable shipping charges apply. The warranty does not cover misuse, electrical surges, transit damage not noted at delivery, unauthorized repairs, abuse, wetting, or normal wear and tear. Proof of defect may require photo and/or video documentation.
Returns ▾
Return Policy
Flexabed dealers have 45 days from the invoice date to submit a return request. The dealer is responsible for both outgoing and incoming freight charges. Final mile delivery attempt fees apply if delivery was attempted. A restocking fee of up to 11% may apply for disassembly and/or disposal.
Refunds
Approved returns are processed after inspection. Applicable freight charges, service fees, delivery attempt fees, and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping ▾
Shipping and claims overview
Products are shipped via freight carriers or UPS Ground depending on size and component. Customers should carefully inspect all items at delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Filing a claim
Transit damage must be reported immediately and documented at delivery. Warranty claims may require photos and/or video of the defect. If you experience any issue at any time during ownership, please contact us and we will make every effort to assist you.

Plush, multi-layered cushion tops are crafted with high-density, super-soft polyurethane foam and flame-resistant polyester fiber for structured comfort and safety compliance. A non-skid bottom layer prevents mattress movement on adjustable foundations while providing an additional flame-resistant barrier. Gel-foam models include smooth-top zippered covers designed to maximize proximity to the cooling gel layer for improved temperature regulation. Engineered for compatibility, Premier foundations pair seamlessly with all mattress constructions.
