Your Drive brand product, including the control unit and mattress, is covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. However, it does not cover issues arising from misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. Non-durable components like rubber accessories, casters, and grips are not covered and may need periodic replacement. If you have any questions, you can reach out to info@morellimedical.

Return Policy

  1. New or Unused Products (Excluding Power Products Shipped to Residential Addresses):

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee.
    • The product must be in its original condition and packaging, except for Bath Safety products, where the packaging must remain unopened.
    • No returns are accepted after 60 days, and opened or used hygienic products are non-returnable.

  2. New or Unused Power Products Shipped to Residential Addresses:

    • These can be returned within 30 days, but a 25% restocking fee applies.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping and ensuring the product is in new, saleable condition.
    • Special instructions must be followed when returning products with batteries.

Used items cannot be returned but are covered under their respective warranties.

With 17 individual air cells over a supportive 3" foam base, this mattress offers continuous care even during power outages. The control unit features a 10-minute alternating cycle and can also operate in a static mode, providing flexibility in patient care.

The removable quilted nylon cover is fluid-resistant, low shear, and vapor permeable, ensuring the skin remains protected from friction and moisture. The low air loss function further aids in moisture management, keeping the skin dry and comfortable.
