Return Policy
Once a unit leaves our warehouse, we offer a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, the return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. Please note that all product returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Refunds & Cancellations
Standard Returns: The returned unit must be received and inspected at our warehouse before any refund amounts will be processed.
Order Cancellations: If an order is canceled after a deposit has been made or while we are holding a unit for you, a 10% restocking fee will apply. The remaining refund balance will be issued once that specific unit has been sold to another client.
