Warranty ▾

Warranty basics

EZ Carrier products include a 3-Year Limited Factory Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Covered components include motorized parts, control modules, actuators, and motors. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and product registration.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Cosmetic damage and external factors such as theft, vandalism, or natural disasters are also excluded.

Warranty length

Coverage is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Certain components such as paint finish and wear-related parts may have limited or reduced coverage.

Remedies and costs

If a defect is confirmed, EZ Carrier will repair or replace the product or component at its discretion. Customers may be responsible for shipping or related service costs. Unauthorized repairs or alterations will void the warranty.

Returns ▾

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in new condition with original packaging, instructions, and warranty materials.

A 20% restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the order has not yet shipped, cancellations are free of charge. Once shipped, cancellations fall under the return policy.

Customers must request a Return Authorization before sending any item back.

Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed minus the 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs.

If shipping costs cannot be determined, current shipping rates will be applied. Defective products may be repaired or replaced at no cost within the inspection period.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping is available within the continental United States only.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.

Filing a claim

If your order arrives damaged, contact customer support immediately. Claims must be reported as soon as possible upon delivery.

Ensure all packaging is retained for inspection. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details, as the company is not liable for incorrect addresses.
