Floating tanks need salt. Ordering salt from us will be convenient for you as it will come with your purchase of a Dreampod product. 

All salt comes directly from Dreampod the manufacturer. You use it very seldomly, how much you need all depends on how much you float. 

Check the water regularly, treat the water with the automatic system in the engine box.

You insert the water treatment chemicals and the system does it for you.

YOU hardly ever will have to change the salt UNLESS it gets contaminated.

Warranty basics
Dreampod products include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase, and ensure the device remains untampered to qualify for warranty repairs or exchanges.
Warranty length
Standard coverage is 1 year. Replacement parts carry the remaining warranty period of the original product or 90 days from repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
Remedies and costs
Approved claims may result in repair or replacement under the terms above. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered by the official warranty.
Shipping ▾
Shipping and claims overview
Production time is typically 45–60 days depending on the model. For U.S. customers, delivery can be as fast as 7 days when shipped from the Utah warehouse. Delivery to other regions generally takes 10–25 days, and up to 8–12 weeks for international orders.
Filing a claim
Tracking will be provided once your order ships. If you need assistance with a shipment or believe there is an issue, contact customer support with your order number and tracking details.

Room Design & Setup Recommendations

When designing the Home Float Pro, our goal was to make a float tank that fits easily into any home or living space. The unit can pass through standard doorways and works perfectly in rooms measuring at least 3000 mm × 3000 mm (10 ft × 10 ft) the recommended minimum space for installation and comfortable use.

Since the float tank operates in a wet environment, we suggest installing non-slip flooring and, if possible, waterproof paint or tiles on the walls. Having a shower in the same room is ideal for rinsing off before and after your float sessions.

For the best experience, maintain the room’s ambient temperature between 26°C and 28°C (78°F to 82°F) and ensure proper air circulation, such as with a basic bathroom exhaust fan.
