Your product comes with a lifetime warranty on welds, a 5-year warranty on the frame, a 5-year warranty on the motor, and a 1-year warranty on all other parts and components. During the warranty period, any defective items will be repaired or replaced at Drive’s discretion at no charge.
Warranty Void If:
- The warranty is void if proof of purchase is missing, unauthorized adjustments, modifications, or repairs are made, or if the product is not used according to the User Manual.

New or Unused Products (Excluding Power Products Shipped to Residential Addresses):
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a 15% restocking fee.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging, except for Bath Safety products, where the packaging must remain unopened.
- No returns are accepted after 60 days, and opened or used hygienic products are non-returnable.

- These can be returned within 30 days, but a 25% restocking fee applies.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping and ensuring the product is in new, saleable condition.
- Special instructions must be followed when returning products with batteries.
