Devices purchased through Neuronic are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects, including faulty materials or workmanship. Repair or replacement is provided at the manufacturer’s discretion.
Warranty exclusions
Does not cover misuse, accidental damage, liquid exposure, unauthorized modifications, cosmetic wear, or failure to follow usage instructions.
Warranty process
Contact support with photos or videos for troubleshooting. If a defect is confirmed, repair or replacement is provided. Paid repair services apply for non-covered issues.
Returns ▾
90-day return window
Returns are accepted within 90 days for the first device purchase, provided the unit is in good condition with original packaging and accessories.
Refund eligibility
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and European Union receive a 100% refund. All other countries receive an 80% refund.

Photobiomodulation at this wavelength is non-invasive and non-thermal. The helmet emits no UV. Sessions are quiet, so most people read, meditate or watch something while it runs.
