Warranty basics
This limited warranty applies to physical goods purchased from Accora Ltd. It covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, Accora Ltd will repair or replace defective products or parts at no charge if the issue is caused by faulty materials or workmanship.
Warranty coverage
The bed frame is covered by a 12-year warranty. Electrical components, including motors and electronic systems, are covered by a 4-year warranty from the date of delivery.
Remedies and costs
Accora Ltd will repair the product using new replacement parts at no cost during the applicable warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage caused by conditions, malfunctions, or misuse not related to defects in materials or workmanship.

Returns ▾
Return Policy
A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before returning any merchandise. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in good condition.
Refunds
A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a credit memo will be issued provided the item is in original packaging with no signs of use. Return freight must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
