Golden Designs saunas are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Coverage applies to the original purchaser at the original installation address, for saunas delivered within the continental United States or Canada, and begins on the date of purchase. Keep your sales receipt — it is your proof of purchase and is required for any warranty claim.

• Indoor use only. Placing the sauna outdoors voids the warranty, and damage from rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures is not covered.
• The warranty is not transferable and ends if the sauna is sold or relocated.
• Alterations, modifications, misuse, negligence, improper installation or repairs by unauthorized personnel void coverage.
• Not covered: use of lacquer or paint, placement on non-approved surfaces, normal wear and tear or weathering, use not in accordance with the instructions, worn-out receptacles, and units whose serial number has been defaced or removed.
• Surface cracks and minor splitting caused by wood expansion and contraction are normal characteristics of kiln-dried wood in a sauna environment and are not considered defects.
• The Wi-Fi feature allows the sauna to be switched on remotely while unmonitored; any liability arising from its use rests solely with the owner.

• Heating elements and electronics: 5 years for residential use; 1 year for commercial use
• Wood structure: 1 year
• Built-in appliances (stereo, CD/DVD player, etc.): covered through the appliance manufacturer's own warranty

All periods run from the original date of purchase. Any implied warranty is limited to the same duration as the applicable coverage above.

This is a parts-only warranty. Golden Designs will replace parts found to be defective in material or workmanship; labor is not covered. Replaced parts become the property of Golden Designs, which may substitute a different manufacturer's part to honor existing coverage.

• Defective parts must be returned to Golden Designs to obtain warranty service. You are responsible for prepaying shipping, insuring the parts in transit, and any export taxes, customs duties or other transport charges.
• Proof of purchase showing the purchase date must accompany every claim. Any altered or forged proof-of-purchase document voids the warranty.
• The manufacturer is not liable for loss of use, or for incidental or consequential costs such as the removal of permanent decking, custom fixtures or crane removal.

To start a warranty claim, contact Morelli Medical at info@morellimedical.com or (866) 338-2838 with your order number, the sauna's serial number, and a description and photos of the issue. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and every return must be pre-approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Shipments sent back without an RMA will be refused, and the buyer will be responsible for all resulting costs.

• Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
• The buyer assumes all risk of loss during the return shipment.
• Cancelled orders and returned goods are subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee per sauna, plus all shipping costs to and from the warehouse and any storage or routing fees incurred.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the returned product arrives at the warehouse and passes inspection. The seller reserves the right to hold any refund until the goods have been received and inspected, and to refuse a refund in whole or in part if the goods arrive damaged or the return does not comply with the terms above. Restocking, shipping and handling fees are deducted from the refund, and any costs exceeding the refund amount are payable by the buyer on request.

Saunas ship from the warehouse within 2 business days of your order, and tracking information is sent as soon as the sauna leaves. Delivery is by freight on a 53-foot semi-truck: the carrier will call you 24–48 hours ahead to schedule a delivery day and a 4-hour arrival window. The driver unloads the pallet to your curbside or the end of your driveway only — the service does not include inside delivery, unpacking or assembly.

• 1–2 person models arrive in a single box; larger models ship in multiple boxes. All boxes are strapped vertically to a pallet.
• Delivery is available within the continental United States. Orders to islands, remote destinations or difficult-access locations may incur an additional shipping and handling fee or be cancelled — contact us before ordering if you have concerns about your address.
• Tell us about anything that could complicate delivery (long driveways, low-hanging trees, apartment complexes, stairs, remote roads) before the sauna ships.

Inspect every box as soon as the driver unloads the pallet and before you sign. You do not need to open the boxes — check the exterior packaging.

• Note any scratches, dents, indentations or scuff marks on the delivery receipt before signing, even if they look minor.
• Refuse the delivery if you see a large hole or puncture in any box — this usually indicates forklift damage by the freight carrier.
• Photograph any damage to the packaging and contents, and keep all original packaging.
• Contact Morelli Medical right away at info@morellimedical.com or (866) 338-2838 with your order number, photos and a copy of the signed delivery receipt so we can open a claim with the carrier and the manufacturer.

Damage that is not noted on the delivery receipt is very difficult to claim against the carrier, so please don't skip the inspection.
