Warranty ▾
Warranty basics
All machines and components come with a warranty plus lifetime technical support at no cost. If any quality issues occur within the warranty period that can be easily repaired, we will provide replacement parts free of charge, along with step-by-step repair guidance through pictures and videos. If the issue cannot be fixed, we will promptly send you a new machine at no cost.
Warranty length
2-year commercial warranty and 3-year residential warranty, plus lifetime technical support at no cost.

Remedies and costs

Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks. An expedited shipping option is available that reduces production time from 3–5 weeks down to 1–2 weeks for an additional fee.

The freight carrier drops the crated chamber at your curb or driveway.

Standard White Glove (+$1,500)
Curbside drop-off, plus a technician comes on-site to install the chamber for you.

Curbside drop-off, plus a technician uncrates, moves the boxes inside, installs the chamber in person, and provides on-site training.
Filing a claim
If there is an issue with your shipment or your chamber arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can assist you with the claim and resolution process.
