Warranty ▾
Warranty basics
This product is manufactured under strict quality control and thorough inspection standards. Warranty compensation for repair, replacement, or refund complies with applicable Consumer Protection Laws issued by the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
Warranty length
The CardioCare 2000 is warranted by Bionet Co., Ltd. to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase, provided the product is used under normal operating conditions and in accordance with the instructions for use.
Remedies and costs
During the warranty period, repairs or replacements will be performed by an authorized Bionet Service Center at no charge, provided the product has been used under normal conditions in accordance with the instructions for use. In the event of malfunction, customers must provide the model name, serial number, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.
Returns ▾
Return eligibility
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be new, unused, complete, and in resalable condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact. Disposable items must remain unopened.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within at least 7 days. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer. You will be notified by email once processing is complete.
Shipping ▾
Shipping and claims overview
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day and shipped from Tustin, California via UPS, USPS, or FedEx to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed before 9:00 AM PST may ship the same business day.
Filing a claim
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it is missing, customers must report the issue within two weeks of order placement. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and attempt recovery. If declared a complete loss, a replacement will be shipped at no charge if inventory is available.
What’s not covered
We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses. Same-day expedited shipping cannot be guaranteed if an order is placed on hold for review.
Tracking and address accuracy
We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address, not the billing address.
