Warranty basics
The manufacturer warrants that this machine, when used normally and properly, will be free from manufacturing defects.
Warranty length
Five (5) year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is not transferable.
Remedies and costs
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, the manufacturer may repair the product or provide replacement parts and components, at its option. The manufacturer may also issue a full refund of the purchase price in place of repair or replacement. State law governs implied warranty time limits. The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential damages where permitted by law, and warranty rights may vary by state.
Returns ▾
30-day hassle-free returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased at full retail price directly from VBX Wellness. Eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt, shipped back in original packaging, include all accessories, and be returned within 30 days from submission to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Refunds, fees, and exclusions
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. VBX Wellness may charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition, or if components or accessories are missing. Refunds or exchanges may be denied if items are missing parts, or if damage is due to misuse or negligence. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and sale items, floor models, and discounted items are final sale (not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges).

Shipping and delivery overview
All items ship from our warehouse in Bloomington, MN within 1–3 business days. Standard transit time is typically 3–10 business days, but delays can occur due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Our standard delivery is curbside, front door, first-floor only. We are not responsible for late or lost shipments due to the trucking company’s negligence. Lost deliveries will be replaced from VBX Wellness. Our fulfillment team will book your shipment within 1–3 business days once payment is made and we have your contact information (phone number and email).
Additional paid options
White-glove delivery is available for an additional fee. Expedited or guaranteed shipping is available for an additional fee. Standard shipping is not guaranteed within a specific number of days. If you need delivery by a certain date, please contact us so we can arrange and bill for expedited or guaranteed service. Delivery timing follows the carrier’s routine and may be subject to change.
Tracking and delivery estimates
Tracking information is available upon request within two (2) business days after the cargo leaves our facility. Projected delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may change due to carrier setbacks (mechanical issues, equipment availability, flat tires, weather conditions, and similar delays).
Damage claims and inspections
If your delivery arrives damaged, the damage must be noted on the delivery slip. If you are not given time to inspect, write “Subject to Inspection” on the delivery slip. Please do not refuse delivery due to damage, as this can delay replacements and may create additional fees. Take photos of the damage and email pictures plus a copy of the delivery slip within 24 hours to our warranty team at mesalesonline@gmail.com. Any noted damage will be replaced at no cost, and timely, thorough claim details help us resolve issues faster.
