Triple-Layer, Heat-Welded
Built from non-toxic medical-grade triple-layer 44 oz thermoplastic polyurethane with heat-welded seams over a quick-connect internal steel frame. Every seam is fused rather than stitched, which removes the thread holes that work loose first on a soft chamber.
At 88 inches long with a 28-inch diameter the cabin stays light enough for one person to move and assemble — substantial where it matters, portable where it counts. A two-layer YKK zipper seal with leak protection holds pressure, and large transparent viewing windows keep the interior bright.
02 · Safety
Out in Seconds, Any Time
An emergency valve shut-off depressurises the chamber fast whenever it’s needed — reachable from inside, so the occupant is never waiting on anyone else. It’s the feature nobody plans to use, and the one that decides whether a first-time user relaxes or watches the clock.
Backed by internal and external pressure gauges, so occupant and operator read the same numbers at the same time, and an oil-free high-efficiency compressor with 5-stage carbon filtration keeping the air clean throughout.
