Warranty

At Glion Electric Scooters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, within thirty days of receiving your order, you're not entirely satisfied, you can return the product for a refund. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, except in the case of returning a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Ensure that items are returned undamaged (except for warranty-covered damage) and in their original packaging.

Important: When returning a scooter, choose a carrier location that accepts ion batteries, as not all locations may do so.

For returns requested after 30 days, contact Glion Electric Scooter Customer Operations at support@glion-scooter.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, return the product in the original packaging within three business days. Return shipping costs apply for international purchases, along with duties and the original shipping costs.

Upon receiving the returned product, Glion Electric Scooters will inspect it for damage (except warranty-covered issues) and adherence to the return policy. Upon confirmation and following the outlined procedure, Glion Electric Scooters will credit the purchase price, deducting applicable fees for international returns. If the returned product doesn't meet the specified criteria, no credit will be issued, and the purchaser will cover all return shipment costs.
