What's Not Covered:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear, or deterioration from external conditions like extreme weather.
  • Modifications or repairs not authorized by Journey Health & Lifestyle®.
  • Labor charges for installing replacement components for mobility products.

  • Warranty service requires contacting us for approval before sending products back.
  • The warranty is valid only in North America and for the original purchaser from Journey Health & Lifestyle® (USA).
