Eligibility
Valid only for the original purchaser when purchased from www.mitoredlight.com or an authorized reseller, and is non-transferable. Coverage begins on the delivery date of the original unit.
What’s covered
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance during the warranty period. If confirmed, Mito Red will replace the product at no charge.
Replacements and returns for service
For safety, replacement parts are not provided. The entire product and all components must be returned for diagnosis and eligibility review. Mito Red does not perform repairs. Approved claims receive a brand-new replacement (or a similar brand-new replacement if the original is unavailable).
Shipping responsibility
For the first 180 days, Mito Red covers the return shipping label only. After 180 days, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and coverage while in transit. Retain tracking for proof of delivery. Use proper packaging, we recommend keeping the original packaging.
What’s not covered
Damage from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification. Theft or loss is not covered.

60-day trial
Mito Red offers a 60-day trial on all products starting on the delivery date.
Returns, devices
Devices may be returned for a full refund within 60 days. Returns must be postmarked before day 60 and include the customer’s full name and order number. Returns after the trial period are not accepted.
Products must be returned in original packaging to prevent damage in transit. Keep tracking as proof of delivery. Mito Red is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Items returned damaged or unsellable may be refused and returned to the sender. No restocking fees.

Skincare can be returned within 60 days for a full refund of the product price, even if opened and used. One return per skincare product per customer.

Optional Free Returns & Package Protection includes a prepaid return label and shipping insurance for both outbound and return shipments. This fee is non-refundable, even if you return the item, because coverage and the return label are provided as part of the service.

What are the differences between the panel series? ▾
The MitoPRO+ Series focuses on simplicity and high output using core red and near-infrared wavelengths. The MitoPRO X Series adds advanced features such as touchscreen controls, app connectivity, and expanded wavelength options. The MitoADAPT 3.0 Series is the most advanced option, offering fully customizable wavelength modes and maximum flexibility.
What are the EMF levels? ▾
All devices are engineered to produce low EMF output. When used at the recommended distance of 6 inches or more, EMF levels are negligible and significantly lower than most household electronics.
Do tabletop panels include a stand? ▾
Most tabletop panels include an attached stand, while select compact models use a built-in kickstand. Refer to the individual product listing for exact details.
Does this device have safety certifications? ▾
Yes. Devices are ETL certified for electrical safety and registered with the FDA as over-the-counter wellness devices.
What is the beam angle and why does it matter? ▾
A 60-degree beam angle provides the ideal balance of power density, coverage, comfort, and safety compared to extremely narrow or wide beam designs.

Wall mounting is not recommended due to the weight of the panels. Stand-based or floor setups provide greater safety and stability.
Can I use the light in a sauna? ▾
Use in saunas is not recommended, as prolonged exposure to high heat and humidity may reduce LED lifespan and performance.
Can I use an extension cord? ▾
Yes. A properly rated extension cord may be used, especially for higher-powered panels. Ensure the cord can safely handle the device’s power requirements.
