Warranty ▾
Warranty basics
Warranty applies to products purchased and installed through authorized Ceragem channels and is valid only in the country of purchase. During the coverage period, Ceragem provides free repair services for parts that fail under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by liquids, impacts, misuse, non-genuine parts, chemical exposure, natural disasters, negligence, or pet-related wear. Cables or remote damage from improper handling are also excluded.
Warranty length
Residential customers receive a one-year (12-month) warranty from the date of installation. For commercial or shared facility use, the free service period is six months from installation.

Ceragem V4 & V6 Models:
CERAGEM guarantees the main and supporting frame for 3 years from the original delivery date, covering any craftsmanship or material flaws. The main body mat, supporting mat, and connecting parts are covered for 1 year. Customers may also purchase an optional 3-year extended warranty, extending coverage to a total of 36 months for the main body mat, supporting mat, and connecting parts (adding 2 years to the standard 1-year warranty).
Remedies and costs
Ceragem may repair or replace defective parts at its discretion. If the issue falls under exclusions, the service will be billable. Shipping, pickup, or on-site travel costs may be charged if outside standard service areas.
Returns ▾
14-day return window
Ceragem offers a 14-day return policy for items in new and unused condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Free return shipping is provided, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Final sale items are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, contact cs@ceragemus.com.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned product. Deductions may apply if parts are missing or damaged. Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing.
Shipping ▾
Shipping and delivery
Orders within the continental United States are processed and shipped within 10–12 business days. Delivery times vary by location: 5–7 days for Los Angeles and Orange County, 7–10 days for CA, NV, AZ, WA, and CO, 10–14 days for TX, GA, TN, IL, and IN, and 10–20 days for NY, NJ, PA, VA, OH, and FL. Once your order is processed, tracking details will be emailed to you, followed by a scheduling call from our logistics team. Deliveries are made on weekdays only.
White Glove service
Ceragem offers full-service White Glove delivery. Your product will be delivered and installed in your room of choice, including one flight of stairs. The team will unpack, assemble, and remove all packaging materials. Installation typically takes about 30 minutes, and customer service will provide usage guidance.
