We provide a comprehensive warranty and lifelong service support for your hyperbaric chamber. Within the warranty period, simply provide photos or videos of the issue and our team will guide you through troubleshooting. If replacement parts are required, they will be shipped to you free of charge.
Warranty length
The product includes a 1-year free warranty. After this period, we continue to provide lifetime technical support and service assistance.
Remedies and costs
During the warranty period, replacement parts and support are provided at no cost. After the warranty expires, spare parts and shipping costs will be charged, but technical guidance remains available at all times.
