The standard warranty period is 12 months from the original delivery date. Extended warranty options may be purchased within 30 days of the original warranty expiration.
Remedies and costs
During the warranty period, covered components may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized service, or external damage.

How long does a typical measurement take? ▾
With Express scan functionality, measurements are typically completed in approximately one minute per measurement site.

Depending on the kit configuration, measurements may be performed at the radius (forearm) and, with applicable upgrades, the third phalanx (finger).
