Warranty basics
All VibraGenix equipment is covered by a manufacturer warranty that protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use.
Warranty length
VibraGenix ELITE, FUSION, and Resonance PRO models include a 2-year limited warranty. All other VibraGenix equipment is covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Remedies and costs
If a defect occurs during the warranty period, the manufacturer will repair or replace the affected component at their discretion.
Returns ▾
Return Policy
Products may be returned within 60 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the company’s return requirements. A 10% restocking fee applies, and customers are responsible for repacking the unit in its original packaging as well as all return shipping costs.
Refunds
Please contact us to arrange pickup and shipping charges. If the product is not properly repacked and damage occurs during return shipping, the repair cost will be deducted from the refund. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed in accordance with the company’s return policy guidelines.
